As a mom of two time management is hectic it so hard for me to sit down and read then I found this video . It super awesome I can listen to this while I’m cleaning , doing dishes , take my kids to park etc . I prepare to take ardms this April . Thank you sir . you are truly appreciate 😃
Ring-down artifact + "dirty" shadowing = gas, as seen in emphysematous and abscess conditions. Comet-tail is more common for hard, reverberating reflectors, like gallbladder adenomyomatosis.

Q.18 The inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery arises from the SMA and, along with the superior pancreaticoduodenal artery, supplies the head of the pancreas.
Ring-down artifact is similar to comet-tail artifact but is produced by a different mechanism. I took this from Radiology Key. I believe in a physics textbook the same thing
This is great! than you so much. Only thing @7:24 it should be Inferior Mesenteric Vein* when you speak, although people can follow the written one ( which is correct IMV ).
Thank you for your amazing videos. I passed SPI and I am about to take Abdomen exam. Do you know how to apply for an internship as a ultrasound sonographer. Thank you again.
It’s great information!! I am trying to do my ABD can you tell me what to study material that can help me or what can I do I am a mother of two kids and find it a bit hard !! Thank you
What's your opinion please? Which registry should be completed first to increase chances of hire in ob-gyn? Vascular or Abdomen? I have completed OB registry and currently job hunting. I see a lot of OB jobs require or encourage RVT. Thx!
Lenguyen Hongphuc yes I graduated from a private university that was not accredited with the ARDMS unfortunately. First step is the ARRT that will allow me to take the ARDMS
Thank you, but the questions are very easy...do they really ask those things on the registry exam? I took vascular and adult echo, and my brain was melting. Little advice for those who want to pass vascular, look at the ESP site and buy their flash cards. I already ordered for the abdomen, let's see what they got.

How'd it go?

yeah that confused me.I felt the answer should be Ring down.
@@Sabrinas.lipgloss Ring down is just another name for comet tail. The answer should have been C or D
Comet tail and ring down are type of reverberation artifact and are totally different from each other ,Gas bubbles will produce ring down artifact

I am slightly confused. Is it not ring down artifact posterior to gas bubbles?

Does anyone know where he gets his questions from? Is it a specific textbook?
I just came up with them but they are similar to questions you'd get from Davies Publishing mock reviews
Great stuff, i refreshed my memory and learnt a lot too

I think 25th answer is seminoma.
It’s a classic appearance of epidermoid cyst of the testis Google it you’ll see many examples
Google onion peel sign testicular
seminoma would appear more homogenous
