Dunno what you were yapping about MatthewMale to inspire me like this, but as I was falling asleep to the video I had an idea for an item Carrion Breath: 0,67x tear multiplier, Isaac now has a 3% chance (+2% for each luck stat) to fire a homing dark gas cloud, Adventure Time Lich style, dealing 4x Isaac's damage per second. Clouds last for up to 3 seconds and enemies within them are blinded for short period (for non boss enemies it would be an actual blind status unabling affected enemies to track Isaac completely unlike glaucoma's confusion)
Im not sure if he takes ideas from but I love this idea and if you want to make sure it comes through, I think his emails still in the desc :) He accepts the requests there, hope he finds it soon!!

Item idea: Overclock Active item that charges up with enemy kills, 2 kills to fill a pip, 5 pips Can be used at any charge Once used will give a damage and tears up that depletes as the pips decrease every 5 seconds, you can preserve the charge by killing enemies If you use it at a full charge the same applies but you automatically get put to 1 pip, if you fill it in time again you keep the stats and can repeat the process to stack the stats gained
Fun fact: when you enter a curse room in the lost form and get hit, you can just quit and continue to go back to regular form. This only works tho for curse rooms (or rooms in general ig) that you actually have to beat. Enemies spawned by buttons do not count

A whole month of normal Isaac runs would be fantastic! I got into your channel almost 2 years ago, because I started playing Isaac myself, and your vids really helped me get into the game, because I would see items in your vids via external item descriptions and you didn't use big content mods back then, it'd give me goals for items to unlock. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. have always thought this would be a cool item. “lucky buddy”. basically the same as multidimensional baby expect if you have a luck based tear effect (tough love for example), when you shoot through the buddy it has a 100% chance to turn that regular tear into the tear effect you have. if you have no tear effect if does nothing but change the colour of the tear.

i have an idea for an item Damascus Dha: Is a whole better than two halves? cuts your stats down to 60% but splits you in half, you have a part of you that moves and attacks similar to abel, but also does your tears and effects. tear effects happen at only a rate of 60%. if you come together in the center of the room with your other half, you get 1.5x tear rate and standard tear effect chances (if possible).
I feel like Mattman needs to make a full on mod pack with all of our suggestions. Imagining some synergies with like Rock Bottom 2 and the Multimush would be insane.

Hear me out: Sick worm. Its like lazy worm but he's sick. It turns all hearts (including soul hearts and other hearts like that) into rotten hearts and then it also gives a powerful cough attack to isaac that just applies every debuff to enemies and deals some damage.

I had an idea for a mod, where synergies were their own items. Like any explosive tear effect with Pryo but in one item. But the itens on their own are still available so you could technically get a synergy twice

-double every item you obtian and when u used active item it double the effect
-everytime it doubled your item had 1% chance to disappear from your inv and increase the chance by 2% everytime it doubled the item u gain (wont increased with active item)
-double pickup gain
-double your tear shot

I think it'd be really cool if you did a few flash Isaac runs during OG Isaac October, just to kinda show how far the game has come since then
For OG October I think either a win streak thing could be nice or maybe trying a run with every character. Maybe even both.

Sick worm. Its like lazy worm but he's sick. It turns all hearts (including soul hearts and other hearts like that) into rotten hearts and then it also gives a powerful cough attack to isaac that just applies every debuff to enemies and deals some damage.

Hey matt, you should look into doing synergy mods for items that you wish had synergies. Probably a lot more effort but, can start small with a synergy at a time. (Technology + Mom's = laser sword)
