    1. Dont wash daily
    2. Use gentle shampoo
    3. Don't scrap scalp in case of cradle cap
    4. Use pads or finger to massage when washing
    5. Use correct comb for hair type
    6. Avoid tight hair styles or accessories
    7. Moisturize often
    8. Avoid baby pulling hair
    9. Change position often to avoid friction on same area.
    10. Protect hair with satin coverings

Using breast milk in the baby’s scalp also does wonders to help with cradle cap. I would squirt some on and add a tiny bit of oil. Massage it gently and let it soak in. Within days it was gone - I didn’t even have to peel anything off.

Please at what month do you advice to start including the moisturizing cream with the liquid and oil?

Usually when you start noticing their texture changing and their hair becoming dry. This happens around 4/5 months so this would be an ideal time to start👑

Hey Jessica, oils don't moisturise they seal in moisture.
