It's a failed experiment for not being completely controlled. Get store brand chips, and store brand milk. But if you're going to buy vegetables, by the exact same vegetable. And if you're going to buy fruit, by the exact same fruit. It also matters whether or not both of them are organic or not.

So if you are shopping at Target and you pull up the exact same product on Walmart’s website and it shows a lower price, Target will honor that lower price. Both Walmart and Target have restrictions and specific policies, so make sure you do your research beforehand.
target's is better. They pricematch even amazon, which walmart doesn't do. they also have a year warranty on their target brand clothing, AND if an item goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, u can go back and have them refund the difference.
