Man these Guys are some Serious Racers! I think if they were able to Squeeze let's say 15 more Horses out of the MR-S giving it 215 instead of 19O, that Car would've Won this Race pretty easy.
They spend a lot of time explaining all the reinforcements made to the chassis to improve its stiffness... And it turns out it is not stiff at all. Did they make it all from tin cans or proper metal ? ;)
Nissan chassis always seem to lack rigidity. If the chassis design is lacking core structure the bracing can only ever be a bandaid fix to a more serious issue.
I still have my 2004 350Z which is now built and twin turbo'd to 720 hp and the car feels super rigid to me. Sometimes entering a steep driveway from a street, the car immediately tri-pods as it enters the angle.

GAWD DAMN Grandpa went in on the Z. Lol its true though.... Alot of guys drifting in the z on wet roads get too confident and cant even drift a complete corner in another car.
@@RhodokTribesman personally I've experienced the vlsd kick in quite abruptly on a fast exit of a large roundabout initiating a loss of traction at the rear end. very surprising behaviour that you can't always replicate
Hattori's strategy when losing a race in a porche

try driving it properly in the wet and see if it sticks to the road. it won't
@@03056932 As long as you aren't stupid with the throttle it's just fine in the wet lol
