A song about life!
A bit of autobiographical lyric there I'd guess,what a band,what a sound and what excellent musicians(so underated).One of my all time favourite bands.R.I.P. JH & JB(superb drummer).
Always use to feel upset whenever I played this on the B side of Ghost Town knowing they'd split. Can't beat late 70 early 80 music 🎶
30 yrs on still as good
Shame u could only party that long , 5 - 6 days in Cambridge is normal for me . Best band ,style , the fuckin business you lot . Special 4 ever ,thanks 4 the times , and many more .....
RIP Terry Hall, forever.
The missing words in the audio are "piss stains". It is the best line in the song. Too bad someone thought it was a naughty word and needed the edit!
I was there. Great
Jerry Dammers missed out not being involved in this reunion.
Yes... It's the one and only Terry Hall (lead singer)
These guys are epic! :D xxx Thanks for the upload

The Hypocrite BBC ? ,Yet they let a bunch of pervs work there ,,think u call that double standards ,
".... Time to leave this paradise" lol
I have produced a lot of live videos. Maybe you are interessted to ad them to your playlist?
Hi, I wondered why the videos you uploaded the group THE SPECIALS do not cover total youtube screen ............?
Nice, top tunage
My era. Miss those days. Bands were bands. Not plastic. Music started going downhill in mid 80s when the drum machine came along and every piece of music sounded the same with same beat only difference was the lyrics. Records were records. Mostly every Friday after getting paid I buy a 45 or 33 inch record. That's when you could say you bought a record an album. Not with CDS Worse thing that came out in my opinion. Never scratch what rubbish. There's something about a turntable flicking a needle on a vinyl and watching it spin. Don't get that with dvd or CD. And VHS was the best
censored 'piss stains' wtf
A perfect snapshot of a mediocre night out and poem about the reality of wclass life as a form of poetry Terry Hall rip Up the sky blues up the Coventry
