I think I'm voting for baffled insert! Nice, sporty rev without raspiness, but I'd bet a nice quiet-ish cruise volume (kind of an OEM sound, but a bit louder and revier). Will be interested in what you decide after driving with them.
I've just got this exhaust! Did you find a bit of drone/boomines whilst cruising on the highway, at about 70mph? I am, even with the non-baffled insert 🙉
No drone/boom, with the insert it makes it even quieter, I didn't like it without the insert, too noisey....but it takes about 3k miles to get even quieter.
