  • This is a high quality sound comparison/demo of the Lighthouse and Alpha jaw harps by Dmitry Glazyrin. While they look similar, they couldn't be further apart.
    Those days, both instruments are even available on Amazon, where they are some of the most popular jew's harps.
    Which one is your favourite?

    incredible, the connection between the jew's harp and the light effects go in unison, and you use both hands? I congratulate you, what a great job, congratulations, you make me fall in love more and more!!🎶✨💞

      Pleased to hear that you enjoyed it 😇 Nope, I actually only use my right hand for plucking this time. It's just a flipped image to make it (hopefully!) more interesting!
      I can totally relate. Do you have a jaw harp yet? 😛

      ..I was in love with a guy who had many types and countries, but he had no patience to teach me, and I love that you can relate 💞

      It’s actually pretty easy. I’m the only things required are a harp and some practice. 😇 I don’t sell harps, but depending on your country, oberton.pro, theharpery.com, or even Amazon are all options.

      What country are you in? Maybe I could send you a decent beginner harp and do a quick live video lesson! 😇

    Can you add a magnet to the Alpha?

      It’s not designed for that. Rather pick a deeper harp. But with a bit of engineering I am sure it’s possible. For example a two piece system with threading on a thin axle that sits tightly inside the loop in the trigger.

      What do you mean? Mine are from Oberton.pro :)

      I mean, they were not even on Amazon back when I first got them. But times have changed. Now you have to go to more obscure places to get ‘rare’ harps. 😅

    If you buy it from "oberton pro" you buy it 50 percent ceaper than amazon.

    • @SnaptoGrid
      @SnaptoGrid  2 года назад

      Yes that sounds about right! Although, from Oberton I’ve always had to pay import tax/VAT on top 🥲

      I just payed the price listed in the cataloge and it was always nearly 50 percent cheaper than amazon.

      I'll eat a dog before I buy FROM Russia. I would have bought these harps, but I'll be buying a Vladharp from UKRAINE.
