It seems to have passed most of the checkpoints, except for 5:53: there is no sticker on the box and 11:58: the silver stripe is on the right hand side but the shape of the hole and the square thing on top are the same. Is it possible these are minor diff due to diff batch (code: 16307) or I got a fake one? Appreciate the help.

Keep going brave warrior ❤️❤️. It seems that fraud is an evolution and you can only differentiate between them when they come with two boxes of original and imitated perfume. The mother companies must take stronger and stricter measures and clear signs of their original perfumes.
I've stopped buying suspected perfumes, I get 10 - 12 vials of 1 or 2 ml samples and pour them in 12 to 15 ml bottles, real perfume plus easy to carry, nowadays many houses are also offering in 5, 7, 10 and 15 ml samples and miniatures, no body is making those fakes, best solution. I did the same with this one as well got some vials and have it in a 12ml spray bottle.
Hi, Could you do azzaro most wanted 100ml edp? I got one from notino but the box is different than what I've seen. It has the precaution section on the back and the "Life is a celebration" part on the side, also it shows 3.3fl oz instead of 3.4 on the box I saw on the site. Could it be a change of their box design or have I been delivered a fake?.

yes for sure... skin rashes can appear... which you won't get rid of for the rest of your life... imagine where you are stuck in a bathtub... in a cellar... with rats, cockroaches... without hygiene rules

Is batch engraved in new batches also because I have seen many batches with printed batch codes?
the serial number must be engraved... without this safety element for this perfume... it's fake
