Gaurav Personally considering it as a future project we might be able to use the lava / magma that comes in contact with the " blob like structure" and using spectroscopy by launching a telescope ( just like JWST or Hubble ) to filter the composition of lava and finding the composition of "blob" then we can compare this with the composition of moon ( if we are able to study it properly ) As this is a future project. This is just my personal opinion. I dont know if it is or will be possible just an imagination..
If we humans had approached 12km deepest in Earth surface then how can we say Earth has Crust, mantle and core. Nah I don't think that's much correct because the moon sample and the blobs will not same density same till now as the blobs waited so Million years in the core which will hone through many chemical reaction with the blobs which could affect the physical and chemical properties of the blobs.. But You can make the Moon sample like the blobs By Doing same chemical reaction with the moon sample which could be happen with the blobs.. But we can't know which are the reactions and the proper aging

If we have much budget we can make a large drill machine of diamonds and like when the metal starts melting in the russia's case this can't happen in this case beacause diamonds can tolerate the pressure and heat of mantle and they will not melt or break and with that, we can find the blobs directly
