You're a good parent to understand his struggles. You should communicate with him and make him feel safe and okay for him to tell you everything. Don't compare him with his peers and just support him in things he like... don't force him too much to study if he doesn't like that. Help him become more confident and maybe bring him to a therapist or psychologist :)

Hand and foot na chahte hue bhi move karte kuchh na soch ke bole deta hue mujhe lag raha hai ki mujhe tourrett syndrome or adhd mese koi problem hai

ADHD patients respond better to theray. Medicines are some times prescribed but they are not permanent solution.
