Number one requirement is lightweight but you built it from 3/4 ply? A good detailed video thanks for taking the trouble to make this and post it. I just don’t have room for another piece of equipment in my little shop so I made a place to set the shop vac and dust stopper pail in the other part of the garage and Ran a long hose through the wall that reaches pretty much everywhere in my shop. I Keep it connected to the bench belt sander and unplug and move it to what ever tool is being used.

It's funny how things change, I ended up getting a longer hose and now the vac sits in the middle of the shop and hardly moves... The wheels are nice when I do need to move it though.
