Nice job of stocking everything nice and neat. I've seen some videos where workers just toss the product on the shelves with no neatness involved. Salute.
Hi ! I Thank you for your videos ! I did a stocker job before in France, i had my own department (hygiene) to fill everyday, and i really liked the job ! You are doing very great, your shelves always look awesome ! (sorry for my english, it's not my native language)
Your good man 😂. Yeah, apparently the dairy manager in work with is leaving to a different store so I might replace him or just go to meat department but the job is nice overall. Very inconsistent with hrs but I like organizing the shelves the way I want lol
water is legit the only aisle I WILL NOT DO. Especially for overnight. Unless it involved running a stacker or powerjack. It drove me nuts with how they had it structured. Idk if you ever done overnight. But the way my stock controllers had it done was only LV and juice got broken down as part of the team-process for grocery. But Soda, water, sparkling, and sports drink had to be ran thru by yourself. And then you had to throw another aisle after that. Both backstock and riser had to be touched and sometimes they made you fill a display. AND DID I MENTION YOU HAD TO THROW ANOTHER AISLE?? Sometimes that aisle had 6-pallets of freight, still wrapped. Needed to broken down and stocked, with backstock ran thru. And they you want you to knock it out in 3-4hours or less. If its 2.5 pallets. No more than 3 hours or its your ass. Instant write-up. Each pallet was 1.2 tons each or more. And you had to tow it without a powerjack. That to me is insane. Having to run grocery breakdown in the beginning. And then get told midway thru to go start those pallets or they had you break down a full truck and still have to go work that aisle BY YOURSELF.
thats fucking dogshit, night crew where i work has it all done at the same time, water comes on separate pallets but they usually just bring the board out or they put it on u boats and do it that way, its not a 1 person job, that's crazy
Unfortunately, night crew usually are the ones that stock it. It's not part of regular tasks, managers never assign me to that since its lower demand. I do have other videos coming, in the next few days so stay tuned for those

@@LinkRocks I'm OCD as hell 😂, I could literally organize the aisle for hrs and not be satisfied haha

Good video, make more like this one where your filling specific things in the grocery department like dog food or something 😂
