Basically you use E on someone with low health after that you press Z.

@@thej.4029 Correction you press Y to use soul consumption it heals you by 100 and increases max hp by 100 for a short while I think also increases dmg? after some time your hp max will go down to 400. During this mode you can't use V and you have an aura
