but, I'm sure it will be going to a good home with lots of wood to chop & skulls to crack.
The leather wrapped handle is recessed, so it is flush with the wood. This makes it possible to remove the head of the tomahawk. If you want to use it without worrying about breaking/ruining the carving on this handle, you can purchase a replacement handle for a Cold Steel spike hawk. they do not cost very much money, and they can be purchased from Amazon.
