yes! that is so true. I ve never seen a channel cover these BB King jazzy licks. The first one that I heard was from B.B King - Live in Stockholm 1974 and it was simply amazing. That jazzy run in the beggining, so sweet. Ty for covering this!

Only 647 views is criminal. This is stuff the kids need to be learning. Great video. What might further enhance it would be to give just a smidge of theory behind what is going on so that it could be applied throughout the fretboard. Excellent work

STEVE CARERE, I know Jerry Garcia used Triad enclosures and Chromatic Enclosures which you should do a video lesson about Jerry Garcia winterland 1974 boxset album is really good how he uses scalar licks. I think BB king is using these Jazz Triad Enclosures and Chromatic Enclosures which you should do another video lesson on focusing on these types of BB king jazz licks.

@@stevecarereguitar yes listen to a lot of jerry garcia scalar licks he is in the same camp as larry carlton from steely dan using triads CAGED. Most people only focus on the major CAGED but they use the Minor CAGED system also plus Eric Clapton Cream Era used the Dominant 7 CAGED system
