Been watching you since I found you on TikTok when you was doing your ‘Things in my Japanese Home that just makes sense’ series and you have inspired me to continue with my dream of coming to Japan. It be really cool if it was a pottery piece that you had made in your sensei’s class from Iwakuni or something you found in a pottery village. Thank you for sharing your love and experience of Japan with us.

My husband and I just came back from Osaka (2nd time there) and we saw sooo many incredible ceramics and pottery. I so wanted to take a bunch of pieces home but was too scared they'd all shatter on the long journey back to California :( I hope (and think) there is a beautiful, unique glassware that embodies the beauty of Japan's craftmanship in that box!

I hope it is pottery in the box ❤ I went to Japan with school when I was 15 - it was the late 90s so there wasn’t a huge amount of tourists there, it was one of the best travel experiences of my life. Now my 14 year is learning Japanese and hoping to go on the school trip in 2 years, I will definitely be putting my hand up to be a parent helper.
