  • Two-color pan kebab (chicken and minced meat):
    Kebab is one of the most popular foods in the world and people all over the world enjoy eating it. Usually, families cook and eat barbecue together on the weekend.
    Kebab Kobideh is one of the popular dishes of Iranians that everyone loves and there are few people who do not like Iranian Kebab Kobideh.
    There are different types of kebab; For example:
    Roasted meat
    Shredded chicken kebab
    Beef roast
    Grilled Chicken
    And ....
    Today we want to make a barbecue at home that is both convenient and delicious. Two-color pan kebab made with chicken and meat.
    Necessary ingredients for two-color pan barbecue with meat and chicken for 10 people:
    Boneless chicken thighs and breasts 1 kg
    Veal 1 kg
    4 onions
    Half bell pepper
    Salt, black and red pepper, turmeric and garlic powder as needed
    Saffron for the good aroma and color of the barbecue.
    Butter and oil for frying.
    Mince the chicken with onion and bell pepper, add salt, pepper and turmeric and set aside.
    Mince the meat and mix it with grated onion and add salt, pepper and turmeric and mix well.
    Put some meat in a freezer bag and press well. Put the next layer of chicken meat into the freezer bag and press well. Like in the video, put the layers of chicken and meat and cut them to the desired size. Leave it in the freezer for two hours to freeze a little. Then remove from the freezer and separate the kebabs. I put some of the kebabs in a separate bag to make in the future.
    I fried the rest in oil.
