A Ren original, written, recorded and filmed very quickly. He's been producing beats since age 12. When he dropped his Sick Boi album last year, it hit #1 on UK charts, did very well for him in other counties as well. I think it made # 186 on Billboard's top 200 in US. He had around 300,000 - 350,000 followers on YT when Hi Ren dropped 12/'22. That propelled him to over a million followers in '23. His video celebrating One Million Subscribers is well worth a watch!

At the time that Ren did this song, he didnt have a gold plaque or a top ten. Now he had a no 1 album in the uk and he has a gold plaque from you tube. He also has many awards for money games 3.

If you haven’t watch REN’s video footage of him reacting to his Sick Boi album hitting No.#1 in the UK charts, last year. It was bittersweet & all the Renegades cried for joy. That was a milestone in his music career, imo. You have to view it. Another great reaction, Power!

Fantastic intro! Once again, the beat is created by Ren but the sample is supposedly a Diana Ross track that he really chopped up. I have tried to figure out which song it is without success.

He was signed with Sony 10 or so years ago. He has been independent since then. Well laying in bed tying to stay alive for a chunk of those years. Anything he earned was on his own with his tiny team of friends.

One of Ren's coolest songs is Ready for You. I think you would really dig that one. Hi Ren propelled him to over one million subscribers in less than a year. His Sick Boi album went #1 in the UK upon release (no independent artist has ever achieved that) and he just received 3 awards at the London Music Awards last month I believe. What is crazy is I am over 100 tracks into his stuff and it is all fantastic.
