  • In this week’s interview, PPhilms sits down with Jersey-based rap artist, DaiDough. During the interview, DaiDough talks about being influenced to start his music career by his many family members who were also musically talented. He speaks on his multiple gun charges that set his career back, but also opened his eyes to the loyalty (and disloyalty) within his circle.
DaiDough goes in-depth about the beef between he and Ron Suno, even accusing Ron of stealing their (GMGB) dance and not crediting the originators. The East Orange rapper admits he was willing to let it go, and even spoke to Ron about squashing the beef. However, the Bronx comedian-turned-rapper began to take things too far, which forced DaiDough’s hand.
As far as his future in music, DaiDough explains why he’s turned down record deals and why he believes he is currently blackballed by the industry. Despite his setbacks, DaiDough plans to release some features, a mixtape and a compilation album with some of the artists on GMGB, in the near future. TAP IN ‼️
