That cafe with the Hereford steer used to have really good chimichangas. Really great. Now that was at least 20 years ago, but if I was there today, I would eat there. Good food reputations last.

Ran a relay from Springfield mo to Kingman AZ years ago. I used to pull into the old trunk stop there and walk around town.

Route 54 and Route 66 are the same between Santa Rosa and Tucumcari.
