He looks a lot like my father, like A LOT even his behavior and manners, Now i see very clear my italian blood ahaha . I'm in tears. I live abroad and in January i risked travel to Brazil to see my parents again... I can understand Rodolfo's feelings a lot... is so hard being far away from home in suck healthy crises
now I'm crying:( since 4th grade my mom and dad broke up due to some issues and I don't even have any memories that my father thanked me for something I did for him before:) am jealous haha

It's very Italian to dress a table with a tablecloth but I must admit it does feel complete to eat off a covered table. It's lovely that he insists on doing that, never mind about it getting dirty or having to wash it.
Maybe he thought it would be easier or more beneficial to learn? Or maybe they speak a mix of both and just used English in front of the camera. Honestly I don’t know. I have friends who speak English with their parents despite that not being their parent’s native language, I don’t know why though. It varies from household to household what parents choose to teach their kids.

in northeast india we use plastic table cloth easy to wash.. no stains
My mom uses table cloth then plastic on top. My mom's friend uses embroidered table cloth at the bottom and glass on top.
