Škofja Loka isn't the oldest city in Slovenia. It's actually far from it. Ljubljana is 2000 years old and isn't the oldest. The oldest city in Slovenia is Ptuj.
IIRC the age of cities is measured from when they have received official city rights (which is basically a middle ages thing), not how long the region was settled.

@@squngy0 The man above you is telling just like it is,Ptuj I.S the oldest town in Slovenia ,long long before medieval ages .....,,received official rights,,man .....
I'm from Poland. It was amazing! I visited Ljubljana, Bled, Piran and Portorož. My favorite was by far Bled and the lake. I will definitely go to Slovenia again :)
How's Poland? Economically/politically? Or as a place to visit? We have many cool places to see. I recommend you do some web research. As for living here, I'd hazard a guess it's not much different from Slovenia, except that we don't use €.
+Krabman Poland is a beautiful country. People are polite and very welcoming to the tourists. They are a great patriotic nation with rich history. I love Poland. With love from Slovenia.
It would be very helpful, if when you are narrating a particular statue, gate, river, etc. that you would focus on that....it would be much easier to follow...and much more informative for those who may wish to visit. Thank you.
@21:21 you claim Plečnik designed the seat of the University of Ljubljana. Well...he DIDN'T! The building was designed/built in 1902 by a Jan Vladimir Hrasky, a Czech architect, and had served as the parliament building of Carniola until 1918.
+DavixDevelop I wouldn't recommend you to go there! Slovenia is still by it's mentality a communist country you can be robbed and attacked there easily. Especially if you have young children don't travel to Slovenia. This is a friendly advise.
+Domagoj Barić You will get robbed by Balkan shitters like you. I was robbed 3 times in Croatia and at least 3x as much in Bosnia and Serbia, driving into Greece many times
Liar!!! That's probably true for Serbia and Bosnia (except areas with cro population) but NOT for Croatia!!!! Croata is prominent tourist destination everyone knows that. Slovenia was and still IS well know by robbers, narco cartels and especialy typical Slovenia hate toward Westerners. Slovenians hate protestants so much that menay inocent tourist were bitten up and robbed just because passing through SLO.
Narco cartels in Slovenia mostly come from Serbia, Bosnia, Albania and Croatia... Čefurji (Hebrews, Avars; as Turks themselves called them). Our ancestors called them Obri ("Avars/Ibr/Hebrews(cross breeds).
Its beatifull but extreme currupted country where people with no connections are ripped to the bones and have to strugle every day to survive, capital of nepotizm, coruption and exploration of working ppl...but beatifull have in mind when u visit it
to so večinoma jugoviči v Sloveniji.

Nofreenick4me And you are a crazy troll.
+Nofreenick4me Dej mudel, ne prbiji traparij! Opisuješ Slovenijo, k' eno Afriško državo.
+Nofreenick4me Better stay in your safe and rich country then in Balkans.

Teh norih trolov je očitno v Sloveiji na tone. Da blatiš lastno državo, moraš biti zares čez les!
