I write this for my fellow ISTP who interest with this video but thinking that they didn't address the topics directly and talk in circles (no offense to the content creator) Basically ISTP already divided everything into 4 main things to allocated their time with (based on my experiences) Starting from the most important time allocated to least important: 1. Myself 2. Family 3. Friend 4. Work If you find an ISTP that frustrated, highly chance that the least important things are taking the time that should be allocated to the more important one. Most employer misunderstood us as people that highly capable, where we just merely being responsible with our own work, but I guess that kind of responsibilities will grow larger with time, and they know we always try to be as responsible as we can which in turns giving us more responsibilities to work with. My advice for all of those ISTP out there, for work or anything, there are a "line" where people will think you are diligent or lazy (can be use to for responsible or irresponsible), the key to survive and gain back your happiness was to know where is the "line" that people going to judge you as lazy, so you can do things just near that "line" where they cannot say you are lazy because you didn't cross that line yet.....
As an istp I can say the only inaccurate thing in this video is the ' healthy food ' part. NO. Give me a big juicy steak ( preferably a t-bone or porterhouse ) with mashed potatoes and asparagus. And have that steak be REAL meat none of that ' plant based ' or ' lab grown ' crap. Heath nuts actively annoy myself in how much they perverse meat.
