I'd say 1 thing ..eldee is a good man ..a man of prestige and of course he's a good boss..
I know how long it took for setup .. I worked for months and money didn't come in.. it was a story..things I seen ..seeing eldee get angry a lot then ..it was also a learning experience for me as a young ceo who was coming up .. I love eldee ..I'd leave iju every day and go to lekki and after then no salary ..and true Mr synergy capital who's office was in globe motors building first floor was living large ..see can't say much long story man...shout out to eldee ..that man na man...

Unfortunately similar "investor or investment" arrangement also happens in the real estate industry. The funds are made available, there are off takers willing to buy homes but both the investor and potential home owners are fleeced. 😢

Thanks for sharing but you still don’t get how VC works. You need to get a VC/Investment lawyer. As you go into these deals, you need a VC/Investment lawyer not an “entertainment” lawyer. Plus, V/PE is way better than this. Sorry, you came off with this impression. Sad

I understand there was probable cause for the venture capitals to have diverted funds, but as a leader, ELDEE missed a great opportunity to own the failures his decisions led others to. It wasn’t enough to point fingers, if you’ve grown and matured in business you should know the buck stops with the leader/face of the business/CEO. You missed the opportunity to look in the camera and apologize to your former staff, vendors and associates
