Well, firstly try to restart Kontakt, if it still doesn't work then try updating to at least version 5.5.8... where having problems updating it for the latest versions of Kontakt because of Native instruments new software...

If this doesn't work then maybe our software can't fix that particular library. Anyway, we're going to release an update as soon as possible. Hope it will fix it

A thing about the ID, were going to update the utility in order to not use an ID from other libraries (The probability to use the same ID on more than one library is very low but possible, so we are thinking about that)

Wine is the only way to run Windows software on non Windows PCs (Is not the only but the easiest because otherwise you have to install and run Virtually Windows and we don't want to do this, so go to that link and do what it asks you to do, 👋)

Hi, at the moment we don't have any software to develop it on Mac OS X but you can install Kontakt Library FIX using Wine: www.winehq.org/ --------------------- By the way we are going to update the software to let it do an ID check for every library (Native and non-native ones) in order to not use the same; Also some bug fixes.

Well I got a macpro 2008 with yosemite and windows 10, so I only restart. I use wine for keygens on mac. Jajaja!
