What I love about this scene is even when William is literally being crushed and torn inside the suit, he wouldn’t dare himself to show fear in front of the animatronics. That urge to be in control he was desperately trying to take back after Abby showed the animatronics who was their killer.
Yeah and the one of the scariest parts is towards the end of the movie where he is in the kitchen, you can hear him struggle to let out a scream but his vocal cords are crushed
@@NnPopVids I didn’t noticed that, maybe he finally led out a scream when A: no one is around besides Golden Freddy B: the pain is getting much and much worse to deal with
@@MysteryGeek2006 In the silver eyes it says that your vocal cords will be crushed causing you to not be able to scream and in the scene you can here him try to scream but all that comes out is a slight moan even though he is in extreme pain
Comments like this really make me wish I’d been able to see it in theaters. Never got the chance to and ended up watching it for the first time on my phone in bed the other night. I still loved the hell out of it but I REALLY wish I had seen it in a theater. Hopefully they make a sequel and I can watch it properly! Lol
Dude, this scene was handled PERFECTLY. It was still creepy and ominous, while not too gore-filled for newcomers, but also done in such a way that still got the point of the original moment from the game across to the FNAF veterans. One of the best scenes in the entire Video Game Movie franchise. Hands down.
I know that lot of people are complaining cause lack of gore but I mean I’m pretty sure this was how it really would have happened, maybe a but more growing and suffering but it’s not like how it’s portrayed in the animations of him screaming for help. Yes it was a little toned down to fit the pg-13 rating but it’s still pretty solid, springlock scene 8/10. Overall movie 11/10. It’s not even 11/10. Cause it’s good I added a few extra points cause it was Scott’s last project and no matter if it’s bad or good it’s making history.
Alr... so did anybody else feel like this was kind of a let down. I feel like I didn't enjoy this scene as much as everybody else, and not for the same reasons as most like "Oh it should've been more gory" or "It needed to be rated R". While I do think the movie could've done with an R rating I think that the spring lock scene could've easily been improved with a little creativity. I feel like what people fail to realize is that the original Springlock scene in the games isn't really gory. What's considered disturbing or creepy about the scene isn't the graphic violence but instead the implication of what's happening to him. We know he's being crushed to death and through clever audio cues and slight visual cues we can tell that it's a painful and disturbing experience. The movie could've easily adapted that concept of cues into the big screen. Sure don't show William getting violently crushed to death but instead have the sound of his bones snapping, or flesh being torn, or even a metallic crunch. Don't have him showered in blood, but show maybe a puddle under him if you can beginning to form, or maybe even slightly dripping. They could've also been more creative with the pose as he died I think having him fall over on to one knee is a little uninspired in the original games he first jolts up in a t pose like position almost like the animatronic is snapping into performance mode and out of suit mode, I think that could've really helped add to the disturbing factor. Having him scream with bone crushing, flesh tearing, and metal crunching sounds playing, as his suit tries to force his body into performance position. I think that could've been a really clever way to do a Springlock scene without being all that gory through the use of simple visual and audial cues, just like the games. But either way the movie was fun as a fan and I had a good time just wish they were a little more creative with this scene.

@@MysteryGeek2006 Idk though I just thought that since in the end part it really sounds like he is trying to scream
the way the whole theater sarted cheering when that first springlock went off

Cupcake was such a menace in this movie and i love it
FR
it was called the bad cup cake for a reason
Hopefully edp doesn’t get too close to it
I love this wholesome scene where the animatronics help this nice old man into his new suit
The community made the spring lock effect better, all the fan made of the springlock made it. More brutal
This is truly a kidney stones moment.
I remember seeing this during one of the exclusive previews on the movie and everyone cheered when he was getting springlocked
Honestly it was a good movie 10/10

This is so underwhelming. The games made it seem like this was suppose to be extremely painful.
But he barely even bleeds.
Cuz it was pg 13 look up some rated r versions
It's a pg13 movie, what were you expecting?
the thing i love about this is that its realistic so he said his line fast becuase his bones were breaking and his lungs so he couldnt say it slowly
0:39 "I always come back!"

*lolbit voice-deep pitch* that was terrible-
*lolbit voice-normal pitch* I was kidding
Good scene,But I think "I always Comeback" should be slower and deeper
No his vital cords were literally being crushed said that as fast as he could he can’t scream or even talk just try
I think the reason why he said that would make sense is that he always comes back to the pizzeria i guess
for me this was a meh scene the best part was night or day 5 when mike was working in day time and the animatronics were aggressive
new fear unlocked
I ALWAYS COME BaCK 😡😡😡
