- The 90s were already a crazy time in the story of the supercar. The notion of a level above "supercar" was just beginning to seep into public consciousness, and right as the decade was coming to a close, Pagani showed up, and nobody has ever forgotten what they saw. This is the story of the Pagani Zonda.

Pagani in 2022:"Okay, maybe ONE more Zonda"
Slight correction. Although there are endless 760 variations, none of them were newly-built cars. After the Cinque's & tricilore's.. any 'new' one-off Zonda was actually a cannibalized early-model car. After starting Huayra production, Pagani wouldnt built anymore Zonda's from scratch (save the HP Barchetta i believe). You had to own an existing chassis to create a custom 760. Even though most of the times, not even the carbon monocoque was used from the original car.. (as the Cinque's used the new carbo-tanium monocoques, and customers wanted the latest tech) So all thats shared was the VIN#'s lol. And even though some of the 760's are epic, its sad that most of the original cars (especially F's & S 7.3's) are no-more. Funny enough, so many cars were made into 760's, that Pagani now offers a program to revert 760's back to their original spec👌😅

@@kleenexbox974 Yeah, you're right. I'd never heard it spoken until recently and for whatever reason I neglected to look up the pronunciation before recording.
I am clearly a fool, but you live and learn, and will endeavour to pay closer attention to pronunciation in future videos.

You forgot the Zonda R, the one that Jeremy Clarkson himself said requires its own racetrack, due to the noise limitations she'll gladly break!

As long as you have the money, you can still technically buy a new Zonda today from Pagani. It just won’t have the N/A V12 as I don’t think Mercedes makes them anymore (that was the reason why the Huayra switched to a twin turbo V12).

Lewis Hamiltons Zonda (the 760 LH) is one of the most interesting paganis imo
Though he claims it handles like shit.
Its the inside where the zonda stood out, it was far above anything which had gone before and made the car a piece of artwork. The fact its a V12 Na engine which sounds spectacular just helped.

Yeah i know CRAZY Year with a New Pagani a New Ferrari a New Lamborgini even a New Mclaren and the freaking Aston Martin Valkyrie. Not i that i could ever afford these Cars. Well and Next Year We Finally get a New Lexus LFR. Ha Ha sorry Gran Turismo 5 turned me into a Car Nerd.

and then GT 4 was released and its still considered the Best GT after 19 years.

It was VERY VERY hard to beat this Car in Gran Turismo 4 i was always Like Not This One again when i saw it in the Starting Lineup.
They were a nightmare to beat on GT3
