I'm sorry but Belichick was only ever ad good as he was because if Tom, if you look at Bills career W/L with vs without Brady it's clear that TB was the reason the Pat's were so good for so long.
With Tom Brady Belichick has a career W/L ratio of 249 wins to 75 losses. Without Tom Brady he has a career W/L ratio of 84 wins to 103 losses. Pretty sure Brady's talent is what got them those 249 wins, especially considering Tom was able to go to one of the worst teams in the league (Tampa) and take them to a super bowl the first year and NFC championship game the second, meanwhile after Brady left Bill didn't even advance to the playoffs again.

Not really. I watched after that 1st pick and turned it off. We are already behind the gun with injuries. They gone blame the coaches for how dak plays which is comical
If we get Ben Johnson can Dak run his offense? That is the 60 million dollar question. There is a reason why Mike McCarthy has been here, his offense is easier to run.
Listen, the Boys are soft, SO many former players (I played D1) are calling them soft. We need. acoach who is not going to put up with 'soft' play. It is a coachable thing, when you play soft you get injured more and guess what... we're seeing a ton of injuries. We need to get someone in who is going to raise the bar on toughness. PLEASE let's take a look at what Detroit is doing, what Baltimore has always done (Their D is getting soft too but you get my point) and let's coach for toughness. Mentally it will help us with penalties too.
I want a young HC, I really like Ben Johnson like many of us do but I also think K.Kubiak could be a good young HC. I just don’t want any old pass re-tread HC, hell no, I’d take pretty much any young college coach over any old retread guys
I think it was Troy Aikman that said the problem was the culture at the star. It's a lame duck year last year McCarthy started off super slow the first 5 games, I think you ride it out then fire him and blow it up. Unless McCarthy just lays 4 or 5 more eggs in a row then maybe you fire him early to clear the stink it's still a little early.
If it’s an offensive minded coach, I would pick either Ben Johnson from Detroit or Joe Brady from Buffalo. If we go with a defensive minded coach, maybe Aaron Glenn from Detroit. I honestly don’t think Dallas will interview Bill Belichick. As for the interim coach if Mike McCarthy gets fired, I’d say promote either Al Harris or John Fassel for the rest of the season.
I'd stay away from Shanhan tree guys, they might be going out of style soon. Spagnolo and especially Brian Flores have both come up Shanahan killer defenses. It's only a matter of time before this style of defense spreads all over the league to counter the ever growing number of Shanahan style offenses.
@CowboysTV yeah but Moore didn't play for the Giants and isn't a Ginger, Rush would have identical stats to Garrett if he got the 3 more starts that Garrett had.
We can keep Mike McCarthy, but get rid of Jerry Jones and replace him with maybe a Troy Aikman, who has said before he would take the job, or whoever else 👍🏿
It really doesn't matter. Jerry does not want leadership at the Coach, GM, or QB level. Be proud and satisfied that JJ has created the wealthiest franchise in football. Playoffs games are not part of the financial agenda.
The only way Jerry will make chances is if fans boycott going to games. If Jerry loses money, then he will make big changes to the team by going to get better players.
Why fire Mike? Nothing will change if you do or don't. As long as Jerry Jones and his family are in charge, it wouldn't matter if Jesus Christ was head coach, this organization will not win a ring.
Pete Carroll? hell no! WE DON’T NEED ANOTHER OLD HC! I want a young offensive mind HC, someone that can actually come up with adjustments when they get behind, etc.
How about Jon Gruden? Great with quarterbacks, offensive minded coach. He's west coast philosophy would be a great fit, since under McCarthy they're already running the west coast.
6:55 Bill Belichick would end up slapping Jerry Jones. And quite frankly, I'm just sick of old coaches. It's time for some young innovative coaches that will keep up with what's going on in the league.
Tony Romo would be a great DC, isn’t he right 90% of the time he is calling a game and knows what play is going to happen? Am I the only one seeing that?

But yet I digress & say when the season over & done some reconstruction will happen.
We do not need an old DC as our HC. That’s not working right now in this league. You need a young offensive minded HC, because a great OC is much harder to keep than a great DC.
