Recipe for caramelized banana pancakes
For the pancake dough
2 eggs
2 tbsp sunflower oil
500 ml milk
250g wholemeal splet flour (or any other)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt
For caramelized bananas
2 medium bananas
60g brown sugar
30g butter
pinch of salt
2tbsp of honey
