Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm milk 200 ml
- Yeast 6 g (1.5 tsp)
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
1. Mix all ingredients
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Melted butter 50 g (4 tbsp)
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 450 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
6. Watch the video to the end, I will show you three different options for buns
7. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 55-60 minutes
10. The dough rose well, what a beauty!
11. Do you knead the dough by hand or with a mixer? Write to me in the comments
12. Dough weight 826 g.
13. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
14. Roll them into a ball
15. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes

16. Roll out the dough into an oval the size of a sausage.
17. Make cuts like in the video
18. Braid your hair, repeat after me
19. Transfer to baking paper
- Second option
20. Roll the dough into a sausage with your hands (the length is three times longer than the sausage)
21. Roll the dough onto the sausage
22. Transfer to baking paper
- Third option
23. Roll out the dough into an oval measuring 10 x 20 cm
24. Make cuts like in the video
25. Place the sausage on the edge and wrap it
26. Transfer to baking paper
27. Cover with a towel and leave for 25-30 minutes
28. Look how beautiful the sausages are in the dough
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
29. Lubricate with a brush
30. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds
31. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20-23 minutes
