currently enjoying my monday off from school. being productive and getting a lot of things done today! this past weekend was lunar new year and i had a fun time filled with festivities like lion dances, firecrackers, and red envelopes. sadly i wasn't able to visit family in the bay area this year so it didn't feel the same, but hey! we are staying positive here! i still had a really great weekend. i feel like i haven't talked to you guys in so long since it's been a minute since i've done a vlog. i miss it sm. many more vlogs to come, so don't worry !!

just go with it! don't have too many expectations for yourself- it's best to learn who you are as you go :) also, make HEALTHY choices about schoolwork! my school has a culture where we're all AP-obsessed, but unfortunately that doesn't make for a good time when you have other things going on in life (like for me, mental health problems and extracurriculars). overall, it's okay and normal to be nervous, but don't stress too much about being cool or different or productive. just be. you don't even have to be yourself (you are always changing!) just be, that's all :')

this was the first video i watched of dustin’s, before i clicked on the video i just had this feeling that i’m going to like him. been watching him for 2 years now ! woo !
So I was teenager too at some point (obsiously) and I can relate to a lot of thinghs you say in your videos. I was really insecure, I had trouble making friends and didn't feel close to the ones I had, I had conflicts with my family and I didn't like the way I looked. I was suffereing and it got to a point where I could no longer ignore it. But then, my family started helping me a lot. My mom made an effort to understand me, and now I'm really close to her. Even though otheres didn't understand me, I started to care less about them. And now I'm much better. I'm surrounded by people (just a few) that trully understant me and care for me. I changed completely the way I think and every day I make improvements. When I hear you despising your appearance and struggling to fit the standards - you know, go to parties, drink a lot, have a busy romantic life and be popular - it gets me real sad. Because I was like that too, until I understood those things didn't make me happy and I did't have to be someone I wasn't. There's a lot of people in your age and older pretending to me someone else. Don't be that person, because that means being unahppy. Also if you feel that your "friends" don't care about you, just drop them, you're gonna find otheres. I promise! Be close to your family. Speak your true feelings and thoughs. If you're hurt, say it. And, finally, stop caring so much about other's opinions, yours is what matters, because it's your life and your choices. (By the way I'm from Portugal which can explain any mistake I made writing this and all this advices are meant to you)
