In my opinion ,this item can be used in two situations
1.If the hero you are using is safe and has no threat to worry about in a specific game.
2.If u think the next team fight will result in the ending of the match then u should buy this item to maximize the performance of your hero in the last teamfight.
Other than the 2 situations above ,if u buy it then its an extremely risky gamble.

My guess why it gives energy more than physical attack is becuase phys attack can "crit" while energy not.

The reason why all-black gives more energy attack than physical attack is because energy attack dont deal crits, dont scale with lvl and cant ampilfy your normal attack

I buy necro-sword on Captain America, Blade and Vision because of their escaping and sustain capabilities

Please tell which jungle item is better on blade
Quantum rifle or twilight beads
Quantum Rifle gives good damage and cooldown reduction. Twilight Beads gives you attack speed and percentage target current HP bonus damage.
Both item can works. Quantum Rifle allows to deal significant damage in the early game and works wonder since most heroes doesn't have high HP yet. Twilight Beads have percentage scaling and still worth it until the late game (you don't need to replace it with Valkyrior Bow) because of the 50% attack speed.
Blade's during ultimate form provides attack speed too. So I would say it depends on which one you are feeling the most. If your lineup have enough damage, go for Twilight Beads. If your lineup have less damage, go for Quantum Rifle.

Not at all. It doesn't provide what Hawk needed. Just go with physical attack items that provide attack speed.

@@amazingfactswithpratyush2371 Basically Hawkeye S2 already provided 10% attack speed boost and the energy damage that S2 dealt is based on the enemy Target Max HP, so Hawkeye doesn't benefits anything from Eternal Flame since it doesn't take any scaling from Hawkeye himself.
