In my opinion ,this item can be used in two situations 1.If the hero you are using is safe and has no threat to worry about in a specific game. 2.If u think the next team fight will result in the ending of the match then u should buy this item to maximize the performance of your hero in the last teamfight. Other than the 2 situations above ,if u buy it then its an extremely risky gamble.

He suck at end game. He needs buff. His damage is crap when enemies have decent items. He only good early and needs to be played aggressively.

vibranium suit would be a good choice for fighting heroes with high healing too like warlock or hela or maybe magik since it has an anti heal effect

i am a main spiderman player and i always go for pure attack build. The way i play him is by diving in doing a combo and then retreat because he is a squishy hero i don't stay in teamfights longer and he can just melt the health of enemy with that pure attack build.
