A wonderful Sardarji goes with the name of Danvir Karan and is passionate about cooking and serving people. He is deeply into the art of making curries, starters in the most authentic way. He operates from Gurgaon Dlf Phase 4 where he has a cloud kitchen and can deliver Anywhere. I loved the raw mutton that he ordered to cook as the size was big with too much meat on. He cooked us Rajasthani Lal Maas from scratch and also had his Mutton Nihari, Hyderabadi Dum Gosht Biryani with his tastiest starters like Shikari Chicken Tikka, Lahori Fish Tikka, Zafrani Malai Chicken Tikka. We shared smiles and cooked for 4 hours and the mutton fell off the bone. Gurgaon Food is mainly known for its commercial selling however this place is more about love added to flavours. I have to say for Lal Maas the little quantity of ghee used it’s looks absolutely amazing ! All these dishes require a lot time, patience, and technique. The balance of spices is very hard to achieve especially when cooking in your kitchen. Hats off to the chef!
