I’ve built a 99cc Pred engine. I love it ! Great power for 100cc engine, pulls140lb kid like nothing! I milled head , ported 4mm 22lb springs ,stainless valve shaved head , intake valve +2mm & exh valve + 2mm Ratio rockers 1.3 stamped W#22 spring, stainless retainers , wiesco piston 19mm carb , header doubled the power no question!
I did a 79cc head swap on my 99cc on my ct100u. It’s been ported on both the intake and exhaust sides. The 79cc head has a smaller displacement head but still uses the same size valves as the 99cc does. I did notice a big difference in torque. The top speed was the same. I’ve done 48 mph on mine.
Can you tell me what aluminum flywheel to buy for a 98cc predator engine I want to put a stage 2 performance kit on my bike I've looked on ebay and there all for 196 and 212s I want to make sure I get the right one
I set my predator engine straight on the deck no plate marked with pen and drilled 2-3/8 holes 4x and works perfect ! Turn clutch with sprocket inside! Get a 14 or bigger if you wanna go fast (top end )stock 12 tooth clutch with 75 on back !if you want more of a snappy bike. Mid end 12t with 65 back Top max speed 15t clutch with 75back tops around 50

110 octane I run is almost 9 dollars a gallon...what octane did you put in that?

When you run a 212 on a Coleman cc100x without the adjustment plate from go power sports, is it advised to run the clutch in board or outboard ?

I'm trying to put a torque converter on my Mini bike. And the bolt to the clutch is spinning with the clutch and won't unscrew it just spins
I did same on my lil rascal lite except for carb. I have modified stock carb. Top speed is 36. It’s intended for my grandchildren so….

U should try putting some rubbing alcohol in it and see how fast it gets

I could be wrong but seems if you aren't raising rmp or changing gears you're not gonna gain top speed.
