- A pair of identical twin brothers was recently married to a pair of identical twin sisters. Brothers Joshua and Jeremy Salyers, both 34, proposed to sisters Brittany and Briana Deane, both 32, in February. They used identical rings. Both couples were married at the same time in a town fitting for their story: Twinsburg, Ohio. The joint ceremony took place at the 2018 Twins Days Festival in Twinsburg. It’s the same place where they first met a year ago. #InsideEdition
