I customized a cow squishmallow, specifically Connor the cow. I also happened to find a Connor the cow at 5 Below, just putting that out there in case any one wants one. I've gathered a good collection of squishmallows while squishmallow hunting, to customize & paint on. I like customizing things and turning them EVIL, it's kind of my thing. In fact I have quite a few series where I do some cheap diys that end up looking pretty chaotic. Other makeover series that I do include Dollar Store Makeovers, Thrift Store Makeovers, Doll Makeovers, Squishy Makeovers, etc. I hope you like what I made!

I really like this idea of making costumes for the squishmellows. It's so simple but adds so much to the plushie. I collected beanie babies as a kid, played with them and everything but my parents were strict about not damaging them, I would have made so many costumes for them had I been aware of it being possible.
Love Grr and Buttercup's costumes. Makes me want to make them into crochet animals lol. Love all of your Squishmallow costumes that you've made for your Squishmallows.

I collect squishmallows and I cut all my tags off them. I don't plan on selling the ones I bought so yeah.. people can @ me but they are mine and I don't like getting scratched by tags while snuggling my squish. Also the Gir costume is so cute!

I think maybe for the tails, you could use pipe-cleaners wrapped with felt. That way, the tail is more stiff but pose-able. Still amazing costumes!!

Great ideas using the beanies and felt! Cheap dishcloths could provide patterns or lil kerchiefs in a jacket breastpocket for the moneybags evil costumes. I do love this series and hope more happen in the future. Such fun!

Oof that last hat brings me back to my childhood when my little brother and I had those as winter hats. I assume my parents got them because they were cheap since we don't hunt.
Try bias tape! You can wrap it and glue it to the raw edges! You won’t have to use felt or waste other fabrics trying to cut the perfect oval!
OMG BENNY, WENDY, CONNER, BRINA, AND AVERY!! I’ve been squish hunting for 1 and a half years pretty much and I only have Benny out of those rare but I’m glad we can add a new person to our squishmallow obsession lol

i’m pretty sure there are bear squishmallows, so if you ever get your hands on one, you can make buttercups as a squishmallow instead of just connor wearing the costume!

You can take the tag off just don't rip it off / cut it QwQ cus it can go back on there a loop on the squishmallow for the tag so u can always put it back on

the costumes look amazing. regarding the zipper for the gir costume though. you don't need to sew. you could just use the hot glue!
