This is beautiful. This is how to perform realistic extensions. I love the less is more look. Very natural looking especially for thin hairlines and fragile hair. Awesome job.
100% i don’t like the massive over the top extensions they start to look to fake and also pull on the hair

The micro links tangle on the hair when it’s natural that’s why you don’t see my doing many natural hair clients with micro links at all I prefer Brazilian knots

Hi. When you do Microlink I-tips, how do you get such CLEAN parting (especially with naturals)
Sometimes hot comb the roots and use thin rat tail come clean sections are so important to hair tension and tangling

Quick question. If i take the course you are offering is it like a certification? Also if i have no stylist licenced can i still offer these as an extension service.. I won't be doing any chemicals and working in a SALON
Hello hun if your based in UK you can still get insurance it’s bad but true. If you outside of UK I think you would need a qualification. I prefer my student to at least have a level 1 basic knowledge of salon and hair health and safety although this is a module in my classes
Can you talk more about choosing the right textured hair extensions? There are so many! If this lady had yaki extensions instead of kinky straight, do you think you would need more than one bundle?
Hi hun sure we only carry 5 textures in our salon it’s so costly keeping up stock for more textures. Yaki would of blended better with her hair but would not of given the volume look she wanted. She could of done 2 more rows but didn’t want it to look to fake

No with micro rings single strands your limited by how many strands you can install
Before you get to her leave out area and they start to show with wefts you can double them to create more volume but still have only a few rows x

would have had more impact for teaching to see the braids prior to sewing weft on... trying to move the hair and show placement is hard to see with all the hair in place... Finished results are beautiful!
Why would you say that this hairstyle is more versatile than microlinks?

Using very small micro beads. I won’t be showing this on my Chanel in detail because I am about to start a large salon training tour.

Invisible flat wefts she didn’t want any sticky tape in her but would of also been a good option

I have thin hair and very thin hair line
If you hair can handle tape in extensions it’s a good option but mainly for volume not length because they can sometimes pull on the hair. If you wanted length and volume then invisible flat wefts would be best option

In my opinion. She would benefit from tape in extensions more.
I only advise tapes on thin hair if the client is not going to long with extensions because tapes can pull on thin hair so if only having a few inches longer than own hair yes tapes would of been another good option.

So....her hair is already clearly thinned out and damaged (even her edges are non existent) and you're encouraging her to get a hairstyle where her hair is out all the time and she'll have to keep straightening her hair to maintain the look ? 🤔
HER HAIR IS RELAXED! She does not need to straighten it regularly, especially as the texture is KINKY straight and why be so mean about her hair condition? We all have EYES. Bullies and know it all's like you are annoying AF.
