Glaciers were always better, even before the recent buff. They are just terrible at hitting fast robots. They look pretty sweet on a Frozen Orochi !

I think pixonic buffing the freeze rockets this much was a decision they should definitely do more often with the other older weapons

If you’re thinking that they’re doing it for the players, then you’re mistaken.
One of the big spiders in Extermination Mode use this weapon, meaning that this buff essentially increased the difficulty of Stage 4 and 5. And when Stage 4 and 5 becomes harder, it means no more free Doritos every week.
I expect Pixonic to “randomly” buff the Redeemer, BSG, Glory, etc. in the incoming patches.

@@quangnguyenhorus375 Yes the freeze spiders in extermination got buffed but that doesn't mean we can't win stage 4 and 5 anymore, since OUR freeze rockets got buffed, too

The burst damage of Glaciers is definitely meta now. The reload is good too. Avalanche is also extremely effective. 6 second reload and a bigger clip makes them deadly on Bagliore!

when ice rockets got buffed i immediately replaced my redeemer bagliore with glaciers and it can actually one clip condors in air

Idk about the range buff since the rockets fire so slowly, they should've replaced this buff with a significant damage buff or increased speed on the rockets that get fired, not to confuse it with RoF/shot interval

For glacier in game we have to be accurate with bending the rockets to the enemy perfectly. So I would say redeeemer works better without problems with accuracy. But for killing tanky bots in nearly 100 m distance glacier outperforrms Redeemer as Redeemer are good at mid range of 350m and rockets hit perfectly in close range. Skyros now with this freeze rockets will be super deadly. Can you do a skyros freeze rockets gameplay just for entertainment ? 🎉
