Panther could do with a small buff to its alpha as it has been left behind a bit due to power creep.
Quite some years ago it used to have the short 88-mil with 220 alpha...
Back then it was still enjoyable vehicle...nowadays u cant really take it seriously...
i think it's gun should get a buff to alpha up to 170 as the french light bat chat 75mm does
@@laszlopap8271 Honestly, I quite like it. Even though I researched the Panther II, I still haven't sold my Panther I. I just like it.
@@laszlopap8271 the panther well play is still awsome . the gun is like the e25 it dont hurt but shot so often that it make melt is enemy . also because of the great pen it dont have trouble . is just about skill after this
@@TheJimyyy Problem is u cant always just "sit & shoot", so then u'd have to trade 1 shot for 1 taken...there Panther SUCKS...E25 can get into position fast and remain hidden for long...None of which Panther(s) can do...
AND (unfortunately), base ammo's pen isnt relevant in this cr@ppy game for years since even the lamest ones can "push a button" and get the same pen with 2-3x the alpha u have with Panther...(While u cant change ur alpha like that...)
YES, u surely can find couple players whose favourite tank is Panther...as u could find ones liking Sturer Emil or Chi-Ri the most...Still, none of these will be any better rated by the majority out of known issues....

I’m probably a bit of an anomaly, but I love the panther in all it’s guise’s an tiers (even the mit 88). The dpm and accuracy work really well if you stay medium range and snipe. But if you get rushed, it’s back to the garage in no time as you a huge target with no armour.
i love the panther too . the small damage per shot is fine is like a e25 , it have the reload time accuracy and everything and the 200 pen is nice . well play it work

Enjoy the 13 90. It's one my favorite tanks that Skill calls the Sneaky Assassin. I enjoyed it so much I didn't bother pushing to the 13 105.
The gun is not really good. Too low of an alpha to do anything remarkable with.
@@Frozander i mean its a good gun that only works when ur good player that knows what they are doing or get a slow game. I can do decent with it in a long game but in 15-5 simulator i cant do shit
The Panther makes you work for everything. Makes you a better player.
I just bought it,beautiful tank.I have 2,2k average with it and 67% wins.Tank is rly good for sniping and hiting shots easy.Also penetration with gold is even good for tier IX like T10 lower plate is easy to pen...
One of my favorite tanks and a hidden gem, is my second most played in fact.
I'm not doing so well in it, but I guess it's an skill issue
I have always enjoyed the panther. I had many good ace and 1st class games when I was grinding this line many years ago. I have kept it in my garage all these years and still enjoy rolling out in it from time to time. The only thing I hate is how silly that long ass top gun barrel looks
I love to show off how long my pp is to allied tanks during the time when you're driving to positions by thrusting the long pp to their hulls. Sometimes you get some weird look lol

Got 3rd mark and liked it pretty much due to good gun, great standard penetration and pretty amazing gold penetration as well. It can hold up but alpha dmg is pretty bad and armor doesn't hold up to reality (upper glacis was hardly penetrated by allied tanks unless in very close range but almost since beginning of WoT most lower tier tanks have no problem penetrating it even from greater distance).
17:59 If I do this, every tank in E5&6 shoots me at least once. 20:50 skill, does this surprise you? It doesn't surprise me, that's the match maker these days. Always bottom tier, unless I play a tank where I'm just starting the grind. Somehow they think it is a good experience, and that players want to be top tier in our **stock** tanks.
Not always working, but with an average 70-80% accuracy u can actually calculate the matchmaking...
It only requires some favourite tanks with which u dont mind what tiers u r playing against, play 2-3 battles with thoose and take a look at what MM u got... U can calculate the next battles' MM from theese so u can select ur tanks accordingly... Working for me for several years now... :)

I dont mind a lot of the "below average tanks" but this one i could not stand
armor+camo = nonexistent
alpha dmg = 135 (tier VI french light amx 12t has 135 alpha too but 4x because of the clip)
it has ok speed.. and quite accurate gun
thats all for me i hate it still with my whole heart
Gun is great, but not good enoguh for me to not hate the camo and how clunky it feels.
@@zGJungle Panther-line is typically from thoose tanks which have "extra plates" supposed to be 'armour' ONLY to make them slower than other tanks... U wont really bounce anything with them... :/
And in the meta where mobility is all-important, they will struggle big time...
I can’t tolerate this gun; t20 hits harder and more frequently than this german sh*t tank.
And that means nothing about this tank is positive.

@@yaodai2459 yeah that ones great, i love how "the panther, the most dangerous and feared tank in ww2 this and that" and in this game, its trash or you have to be really good to do well in it... the e50m line would be awesome if they showed some love to the tank but now its so sad.. also good luck when u get matched up against tier8 skoda t56 lol

Both German VI tier meds are awesome, E-50 and E-50M should be ok too, but what makes mi scared is the stock Panther. And Panther II. I'm not sure if I'm ready for such a struggle...

In this game 8 years. This is one of my first go to tank but could only get 45% winrate. I get 55% in Comet and T20. Bought it again after 5 years still no improvement. It is great for sniper support but that's it. 🙄
i enjoyed this tank, managed about 1k damage. but was still fun
I am trying to master pz iii/iv, this tank plays similar, however tier 5 one is more movile. It was interesting to see and learn!

1 week ago i looked up for a panther video on YT and since we didn't have any, i just skipped this tank :)
Love the tank, but 3 marking its not easy, stuck at 90%, with 15-2 simulator its hard to grind that needed 2k+dmg
Nice Performance, this is how my MM wents in most of the Games with German Tanks. I mean RNG dosnt even let me hit fully aimed Sideshots on Heavytanks, so whats to be expected -,- im close to throwing this peace of sht away -,-
Another beautyfull Tank u didnt showcase so far is Progetto CC55. I know this channel is to the Tier 7 but im obviously talking about the Main-Channel.

I love my Panther. It's the DPM, the accuracy, and the 192 standard pen. Great tank if you use the brains.

Those were pretty good games for a tier 7 tank. Maybe I should give this one a go because I never played with it before.

I can see now why this tank is good in WoT but bad in Blitz, Blitz meds pretty much brawl 99% of the time due to map sizes, and this tank is not made for that.
The alpha on that pea shooter gun is a joke. The panther was one of the first tanks I wanted to grind because of it's reputation and wow what a disappointment compared to the monster I was expecting.
