Well not runes, I don't exactly remember what they're called (augments, i think?), and they have replaced the armor and mr augments. Instead of armor and mr, you can now have movement speed boost, hp, scaling hp, or tenacity augments.

Trundle is my permabann when i play Fiora, i was watching Potent outclasing him on spacing for 7 minutes straight and the guy killed him by rightclicking in the end.

Your comments about low elo split pushers hits home for me, I’m an aatrox player (and I’m not new to the champ just shit at the game) I can win lane against a trundle, illaoi yorick only for them to beat me 1v1 anyway because they are such good duelists
must say I main Cho and the reason I play Cho is because you can go either AP or Tank on him and when I face those champion (the ones you listed) I just go AP and poke them, like they wanted to ruin my fun so they suffer in return with me hitting them with Qs over and over again, works quite well most of the time.

for health and if you want to stay longer in team fights against squshie champ like ezreal or jhin and karaken if 3 or 2 enemy team have very strong or feed tanks

Ye but what about mordekaiser going from 0/4 to 21/5?(Champ is so broken rn he can just do inf damage and have inf health)
mordekaiser is strong in 1v1 and 2v1 because he can isolate. his q does more dmg if he hits a single target and not multiple. in a teamfight he is almost practically useless if played around properly. his ult makes him as a frontliner completely disappear from his team which gives ur team ample opportunity to destroy the enemy team while waiting for him to finish killing one of ur teammembers in the realm. when he comes out he has Q and W pretty much and you'll most likely shred him if you buy serpents fang to make his W very bad

9 Adaptive Force is not 9 AD. Adaptive Force works like this: 1:1 for AP and 0.6:1 for AD. So you get exactly 5.4 AD, I think it rounds down, didn't test it though.

so im low elo and HOW DO you deal with split-pushers if you're top?
I play aatrox and literally lose my mind playing vs trundle. He gets two items and no matter how hard i stomp him i can never kill him in side and lose t2 tower before 18 minutes every time. I literally dont want to ever play top anymore

Splitpushing has been my least favorite strategy to face for the last like, 6 seasons. It feels so... low risk/high reward. You can look to people like Trick2G who do nothing but split push all game and they have insane win rates because there are too-strong champs who build too-strong items and constantly take 2-3 people to chase off or kill by themselves, meaning the rest of your team is always down a man or two for every objective fight. Couple that with champ kills giving barely any xp, catch-up xp being insane, and tier 2 towers literally being just 650 gold for free to take with just a single wave crash since they're made of tissue paper and the enemy top laner you absolutely demolished and left lane with them being like 0-9 can have the same amount of items as you, only be maybe one level down, and 1v2 your jungler and top laner at pretty much all stages of the game while the rest of their team is free to take herald/drake/baron uncontested. It's so dumb... It's why I hate champs like Singed, Illaoi, Trundle, Udyr, Fiora, GP, Tryn... just... shove shove shove top lane all game don't stop it's *so boring.*

only ever use your E to avoid his E, the timing of this will require some games and will differ from every player.
if he wastes his e without you using yours, if you land Q3 go for an extended trade/all in and follow up with your e after he Q's away.
Take exhaust instead of TP until you get better, swap back to TP when youre comfortable. Jax is strong enough at the moment though that if any indirect buffs hit him with next patch I would consider sticking to exhaust against him every game
Also, post 6, if you mess up and he catches you with e while your E is down, you'll have to pretty much ult in or away immediately if you dont have Q3 up.
best to do so when you think hes going to re-activate it but, it may just be better to just ult immediately if you have the space to do so
I would say its Jax favoured but, not ban-worthy, most jax's are pretty over-confident and can be punished
