Armenians have been making lavash for over 2500 years ago, when nomadic turks, mongols, tartars arrived after 1100AD, they adopted many of our ways, culture, foods from Armenia & Georgia and made it theirs. Its Ok to adapt and borrow from different cultures, that is the way of humanity, but dont claim ithem as yours That is why UNESCO has called lavash a cultural heritage of Armenia
