Respect from Greece...... excellent work....the choro and musicians and the female voice is amazing......bravo maestro.....the same tone to original song......majore.......the road of greece.
So was von schön, dieses wunderschöne Lied und auch so traurig; so ist das Leben und auch das Sterben.. eine sehr schöne Interpretation! Das habt ihr sehr schön gemacht!
I had many differences with my Dad, it wasn't until my 30s that i resolved them, sadly at 49 i lost him.i wish he was still here, i have so much more i want to say. This song made me resolve those issues and difficult times we had when i was a child way back when this was released. Do it today, go see him, son or daughter go to him and sort it, then enjoy your time you both have left together. RIP DAD (John) Thanks BA Robertson (check the writers version) it was his experience in the lyrics he wrote. just copy and paste this (ba robertson living years above ) and also you will hear the name of the young babys real name from the song, and there is a surprize at the end of video(i wont tell you,it will spoil it), you think this version makes you cry watch this one the way it was meant to be.
Had the same problem after my parents divorced when I was 10, my dad and I just had put a wall up between us and it took us almost 40 years till a week before he died to tell each other how much proud we were and that we loved each other......don't wait till it's too late, you'll end up heartbroken like me when your too proud to take the first step.
If Paul has a competitor, this is it. This Lady does a wonderful job on this song, she makes it her own in her own way. Really a wonderful rendition of a very profound song. Enjoyed every moment of it.
It's a decent enough version of the song, but in fairness nobody is going to match Paul Carrack 'The Man With The Golden Voice' singing it. Lucky Netherlands, he's doing a short tour there in mid-October, six dates I believe. I plan on being there for the concert in Amsterdam on the 14th.
Yeah, she could have done so much more with this song. It may seem to be a simple song but it's the dynamics that make it amazing when Paul Carrac does it... things like the harmony in his lead vocals, the expressive addlipping, the vocal range, and the energy. She sings in the same register start to end and that's not great for this song. Great voice though, but the vocal arrangement could have been better. This song borrows heavily from soul and gospel music - I don't think either are familiar to this vocalist. Great choir and band.
It’s okay, but she doesn’t do the song any justice... she needs to sing it with more feeling and passion and as the song was meant to be sung:(... sorry to report! The musicians are awesome though:)
Levi ridge is too weak to answer the question... Felix Sabiano: To be fair this is written for male voice to shine, it's really low for a woman. So it's kind of hard to shine for her. I think her voice fit the song very well, warm and personal. Can't say I liked the little additions in the chorus, but still a very nice performance!

Mooie uitvoering! Is dit (koor)arrangement commercieel verkrijgbaar? Ik zou dit wel met mijn koor uit willen voeren.
Super !!
this was great.. I just wished the chorus had better mikes.
Mooi lied van "Never Gonna Stop"
Jonathan Harper: angry? Not at all. I like honest reactions!
Gänsehaut
If only Mike was sing with this choir...
U mean Paul Carrack?
No passion at all......this song should bring chills to anyone but this performance is about as passionate as a Tit Mice.
No I think she needs to put more feeling

und wo ist Nur Der KLaus BLos
You've just killed a classic with this version,, this is just terrible.
Weak and boring.
weak
are you angry?
levi ridge : It's right to find it weak. No problem! Please explain: what are the weak points (leadsinger, choir, the band)?
leadsinger
