Folks your candy melts, add a table spoon paramount crystals or Wilton EZ Thin Dipping Aid when melting to thin them out. This will make it easier to dip. And get you a melting pot. Wilton has a great one that perfectly melts your chocolate. Your strawberries, clean them in a bowl of cold water and white vinegar. Let sit for five minutes then rinse really well. Dry them and then let them sit out in the air for an hour before dipping. This will make the chocolate dipping beautiful and smooth. Use tooth picks or bamboo skewers, easier to remove and will prevent the strawberries from quickly going bad.
Add dipping chocolate to the stick it will make a tighter hold. Also you can dip strawberry from the side makes it so much easier. There are dyes you can buy that get the color you want and it thins out chocolate.
Hi, Yes! Mine were still fresh the next day. If you need more coverage you can place all of the small bags of popcorn into a gallon sized ziplock bag and seal for freshness! ✨ Hope this helps!
Love that! I do believe most items can be found at Party City. I got most of mine from Walmart and added links in the description box. Thank you for watching 💛
Hello Karri, You are absolutely amazing I love how simple your videos are🤗🤗🤗 Any tips on how to get the chocolate to melt smoothly? I totally failed on my first attempt because I used oil🙄🙄please help
I like the idea to use popsicle stick in the strawberry.... I saw another lady that does a lot of strawberries she takes two to fix and puts it in there and then takes it out when she's done..... I know when I made chocolate covered strawberries I didn't dry them enough before I dipped them

I've seen people put coconut oil to the chocolate too, do you know if it works the same?
@@estrella.2635 I haven't personally used it. But I too, have seen others use coconut oil. Here is a video. ruclips.net/video/dphHTqcsK9k/видео.html

If you use a fork you can shake the extra off!
Or you just add a tbsp of coconut oil which is alot cheaper
