Hey amigo, just wanted to thank you for being very helpful and replying to my comments, thanks to your letshuoer video i ended up ordering the S12 PRO + DT01 DAC for a total of $89. This will be my first ever planar and first ever >$35 IEM. Might pick a BTR11 too based on your showcase. Thank You!
The Castor Harman always passes unobserved but i feel it has some nice sound, the bass one got the lights but the harman its actually and impressive sound for the prince, specially since it's very easy to EQ.
The Harman Castor Silver gets slept on big time! One of the best sound stage presentations under $50, and even better than some up to $100. It really is a great IEM.
@bigbuckoramma yeah, it is. I'm wondering if the new 10mm driver on the pro will do some difference because some people say the bass pro has less bass but it's more clear
The KZ EDC Pro is regularly $4-5 on AliExpress and is incredible for its price, but I would recommend the KZ Saga Balanced over the EDC Pro as the direct upgrade to it, they are tuned similarly but the Saga is just superior. Don't know about Saga Bass though but it seems to get favorable reviews too.
Honestly, everything in the V shaped and warmV shaped tuning is eclipsed by the KZ Saga. Metal build, excellent warmish V shape tuning, great rumble to the bass, but also excellent bass texture and detail. Overall technicalities are excellent for the price point, dare i say untouchable, as the Saga is approaching EW200 levels of technically, while still having a warm leaning vocal forward reduced treble region like the Zero.2. It is a very well balanced IEM. I genuinely do not understand how they can make a driver that good, for that cheap. The usual KZ crap cable and Starline Eartips apply.
Impressive research of the lower segment! I am thinking of closing the issue with warm tuning and I think the new Castor PRO (BASS) will be well suited for this. Also the new FiiO JD10 should be suitable for some type of V-tuning. (7 USD)
@@ruslanchalbash8229 I just got my Castor Pro (Bass) in. Haven’t listened to it much but it seemed a bit more chilled out overall. I’ll give it a good comparison when I review it. I don’t own any FiiO IEMs. Looking to change that soon. :)
In my opinion, I think the Gate sounds a bit cleaner in the mids, and the female vocal harmonics are a touch better on the Gate vs the Wan'Er Studio Edition. Sub-bass extension is just a tad better as well, slightly more rumble. But that's just my opinion.
@@1337wafflezz I JUST got it in. Was only able to listen to it for a few mins. It’s a baby 7Hz Zero. It’s bright, resolving, clean, and super cheap. I need to listen to it more, but those are my first impressions.
Your naked contempt for the KZ cables...🤣 I know they're fiddly, but they are well paired with every IEM I've got as far as sound goes. (EDC Pro (silver cable), CCA CRA and ZS12 Pro X.) Not one, in my opinion, has contributed to poor sound and at least you have a mic option.
@@wrbrown571 oh! I have zero issues with the electrical properties of the cable. That’s fine and dandy. It’s how they feel in the hands and their recalcitrant nature that irks me. You can take that wonderful conductor and wrap it in much nicer insulation. I know KZ Owns the cable factory but they really need to up their game. It’s fine on sets that cost less than $25, but anything more than that, I want something that feels nicer in the hands.
@AudioAmigoReviews Agreed. If it was more like the Truthear cables, it would be great. But you gotta admit that PRX sounded pretty good with that "recalcitrant" cable. That's the word of the day. 😎

Really looking forward to this series! Thanks so much for this round up for 11/11 😊
It took a while but here we are! Hope this is good info! Thanks so much for all your comments.
Love Your reviews 🤩
Thanks to you I bought EDC pro(2$) and the kz castor bass( 8$) as my first set of iem and waiting for them to arrive
I hope you enjoy them!

I've heard good things about the Saga as well, it's just so hard to keep up with KZ hahaha.

kbear rosefinch still the bass king in budget set🤣
Hey amigo! What males the Tangzu Waner SE a bit behind the Truthear Gate in terms of sound quality?
I'm just curious to know. Great summary! Cheers!

Thank you so much!
I saw you graphed the Libra X and it looks pretty nice. Haven’t seen any info on it whatsoever. You have any thoughts on that one?

@ There is no KZ IEM that has been held back sonically by the cable. Even the Hydro sounds excellent with the same cable from the EDX Lite hahaha.
Bruh no joke I got KZ edc pro for 6.5 dollars I never used IEMS before
That’s a good pair to start with. :)
Hi!, what do you think about CCA Trio? i saw it for around +-$25 dollars in aliexpress.
I've heard wonderful things about it, but I haven't actually listened to it myself. Sorry I can't be of more assistance
Is Ziigaat Nuo good for gaming for its soundstage and imaging?
