Love the crashing GoPro shot! Seems like mine falls off all the time. Great feeling when that header started ripping through the corn. Nothing like golden grain in the hopper.
Not on purpose. This field was planted on a former hay field and my main tillage was chisel plowing. Lots of volunteer grass in spite of the spraying. If you watch more of my videos you will see that there is a point that I swear to never chisel sod ever again! LOL! Thanks for watching!
Just came across your channel. Nice!! ... One thing do you have your header speed in the high position ? Looks like your header is running slow.? May be just camera
Thanks for watching! I'm not sure if the header speed is set fast or slow. It seems to take the corn up pretty well though. I'll have to look in to it for the next time I use it.
@@BobontheFarmOhio im not sure this is the neighbors corn and i havnt seen the weigh slips. Just by the loads that we got i would say about 200 but im not positive
Just go's to show what maintenance, TLC,and a meticulous nature can do together. Keep it up, Bob.

Always good when things go right!
Very good corn in this field
Pretty good in some spots but also quite a bit of flooded out areas too.
wow the rebuilt corn head looks great! How many acres of corn did you have last year?
Thanks. It works well. I had 26 acres of corn last year.
@@BobontheFarmOhio oh wow for such a little combine its quite a bit of work.:)
@@jddriver9565 Yeah. It has pretty much all the same stuff as the big ones only smaller.
Do you have a cover crop in between the rows on this corn?
