i just bought rc 200bs6 and the only issue i am getting is the comfort, i usually use it to go to my office which is not far from my home so i never had any back issues but recently when i had gone for a trip with my buddies my back and my wrist hurt like crazy. I don't think you will get this issue on the 200 duke. And there is a minor heating issue which is pretty common in my opinion and if you change your coolant time to time and clean up the radiator properly you wont face the heating issue. Btw Ktm s bikes are amazing in all other aspects.
