Hello and thanks for taking us on your land tour of the property it's a nice size property for 40 acres got a couple of storage units and you got a house that's closed in. Looks like he's got a couple of 375 gallon water totes. Is there a well on the property. And good luck on your bid . We hit the like button we subscribed and welcome to the RUclips homestead and life. Will be keeping an eye out for videos.
Thank you 🙏🏼 we are excited. Yea it come with a 40’ container and 3 275 gallon water totes. No well, all water needs to be handled in or rain collection. We appreciate your support, definitely more to come.
The water aquifer is at about 3500 feet down, YEP well depths in Williams, AZ is very deep. Be prepared to truck in water or do rain collection and subsequent filtering and treatment to make it potable.
Hey y'all. I admire your spirit. I did this for twenty years. Get a good tractor with equipment. Be prepared to be stuck for days. The reason the house is raised is twofold. One is mud flow, the other is critters. Good thing is that with the tractor you can move all the mud from around the house and use it to try and fix the road. Some years are easy, some are insane. I ended up with 2 tractors and a Bobcat. I gave it up two years ago and moved back to Las Cruces. Good luck.
I am so happy and excited for you both. I think this is a wonderful opportunity for you. It's a beautiful piece of land with a lot of room to grow. Congratulations on your new beginnings. So proud of you both.
New subscriber. So interesting watching you guys property hunting off grid. One thing for sure, be ready to live with rodents and misc. Critters wanting to share your house. Lol 😊

Ashfork-Williams 40acres parcels they was giving away 10yrs ago😊crazy! Haul your own water, genny along w gas and be prepared for snow lots, mud mud and more mud, hi winds for weeks and a shit ton of vehicle maintenance Goodluck w your journey
That house needs a lot of work. Very small windows, does it have insulation ? Looks like a money pit. So you'll need a 2500 gallon water tank. You can have water delivered. Plus a trailer for a 350 gallon tank so you can pick up your own water. Generator to run the water. Solar is a given in northern AZ. Beware cold winters at night and hot summers. I'm buying land in northern AZ as soon as my house sells. Can't wait. I've been researching everything, you'll need a wood burning stove or pellet stove and definitely air conditioning. Septic system.
@OffTheBeatenPathAndrewAshley No we haven't even had time to go look at anything and it's so hot now, but I'm glad you posted the video with the other property with the two cabins cause I had that one saved aswell. Look forward to seeing what you do with yours. Congratulations 🍾

Better sheet that basement with 3/4 plywood before it collapses, I am sure the prior owner ran out of money, and time, it's a forever job, that is why the Navajo built sweat lodges and teepee's so when the weather got bad they would just roll up and go, you can't bring downtown to country like this, it's a waste of time. 😊

Yes the realtor and seller was telling us about it. Not a problem for us, I’m actually looking forward to rain water collection.
My family has had property up there for several years. They both do rain collection. It’s plenty. They had the money to put the system in.
That’s awesome we plan on doing the same.
Oh boy, good luck with that. Freezing cold in winter, muddy roads during monsoon season. Very remote.

Why did they cut down all the trees around the house ?
To clear the land for the cabin and septic system
