Kobe had to EARN his place in the league. When he was drafted nobody had any respect for someone being drafted out of high school. And the coach damn sure wasn't going to let him start over establish veterans. Lebron was given everything right out of the gate and allowed to play however he wanted and every team he has been on has adjusted to his play style and what he wanted to do. And if we are talking about pressure, when has Lebron had more pressure than Kobe did after Shaq left? Lebron had almost no real pressure to win in Cleveland, and since then he has just been on super teams, how can you talk about pressure when you are always on a team with another top 10 player? When Shaq left Kobe was on a team of scrubs and still had everyone looking to him with the express expectation that he better win without Shaq or else. If Kobe didnt win a ring without Shaq his legacy would be that he rode the bus and nothing more. But somehow Lebron gets to escape that by pairing up with other great players for every one of his championships and somehow not be called a bus rider?
Ding ding ding. Agree 💯. I guess you have to be in a locker room to see how rookies are treated...so now imagine a confident high school Kobe with NBA all-star veterans on the same team 😮. Lakers (D1) and Cavs (D3) 😂
That's a great breakdown, And I totally agree,These goofy mf don't understand what pressure is smh, i can't wait until LeBron retires because he's a diva! a goofy! a cheater of the game! A guy with no integrity! no respect! Everything about him is smoke screens, anyone with any functional brain cells can see through the 🐂💩

They need to keep their LeBron fans for views...and they wonder why NBA viewership is declining when they only highlight LeBron and shit on all the other NBA greats
Any truth that is spoken that is not stroking Lebron James is deemed as hating to them and all fanboys. All the attack dogs on Bron's payroll are on the alert.
It’s crazy bruh… Lebron era fans only use their eyes to see stat sheets, they can’t even use their eyes to see who clearly is a better player on the court. Kobe was clearly a better player than LeBron. As a hooper, he had the mentality and he moved fluidly. LeClunks moves are not it 😂
@@zureai EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!! These idiots forget that fans ACTUALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT STATS. If fans CARED ABOUT STATS Wilt would be the UNDISPUTED GOAT. Fans care about being ENTERTAINED, being thrilled, seeing things NOBODY else can do. Kobe did things NOBODY other than MJ could do CONSISTENTLY. Lebron figured out a LONG TIME AGO that if he could BUY THE MEDIA, he could CONTROL the narrative surrounding his legacy, the same way the Israeli Government figured out that they could control the narrative around the Israeli's government apartheid state in Gaza by BUYING US media and blackballing any media pundit or PROFESSOR or even university president who dares to criticize the Israeli's government policy. Lebron uses Klutch Sports to control the media. He has PAID clients on MAJOR platforms like Nick Wright, Colin Cowherd, Brian WIndhorst, Malika Andrews, Shannon Sharpe, etc, ALL KLUTCH SPORTS CLIENTS. REAL PLAYERS think Kobe is better. REAL GENERAL MANAGERS think Kobe is better. REAL COACHES think Kobe is better. The media has spent SO MUCH TIME stroking Lebron that anytime he LOSSES they spent the entire off-season BLAMING OTHERS for his FInals losses. It's absurd!
I love to trash LeBron because his fans are so insufferable. I thought Kobe fans back in 2010 were insufferable, but LeBron fans take it to a new level.
I’m not saying there aren’t some. Kobe fans out there like that, I’m a Kobe fan. He was my favorite player of all time but I have never considered him the goat. I can’t make the argument he’s better than Michael. But the way people were ranking Kobe five years ago, versus today has definitely changed, and the only thing that is happened to Make any change on how anyone was ranked. Was LeBron winning the bubble championship I’m not sure how LeBron winning. The bubble takes Kobe from number two on Shannon Sharp list to the point that he’s barely in the top 10. I don’t know how Nick Wright had Kobe in his top five and now he’s got him at number 10 when after LeBron left Miami after winning two championships, LeBron goes to Cleveland and at that time Nick Wright doesn’t even have LeBron in the top 10 but he has Kobe in the top five now Kobe is barely in his top 10 in LeBron‘s number one? Like I get it, we can’t make The argument Kobe is the greatest of all time but now, even after I can show you video clip after video clip of ESPN in the 2000s were countless people were calling him the best player in the world. We’re just going to pretend that never happened and just say LeBron has been the goat since 2003?
They have to. The NBA and Nike don’t want to lose on their investment. lol They should have never touted this guy as the “chosen one” from the jump. His legacy would have been much better and he probably wouldn’t be as pampered. So looking forward to this guy retiring after setting terrible examples for young players and watering down the game.
Agreed. Used to be a fan of him back in the Heat and Early Cleveland days but ever since that 2016 championship everyone has been overly obsessed with him and disrespecting other legends to build him up.
It's the media telling one side of the story. They'll tell you kobe had Shaq in a heartbeat, quick to point out kobe flaws but LeBron 6 nba finals losses, all time turnover leader, building superteams for all his chips. That never has been spoken on except skip bayless and thats why skip is hated
wake up... Walt Disney company out here brainwashing entire generations again... How much money you think they gave Stephen a Smith to get on tv and convince ya'll Lebron is the best player, and Kobe is not in the top 5 etc? Kobe's career post Shaq is STILL more impressive than Lebron's full career. Lebron out here losing to all the teams Kobe beat...(the Spurs, the magic, the celtics, and the one chance he got to beat a team that beat the Lakers after he made his super team. like Kobe consistently did the 2 year prior... he choked so hard that Dwade and Bosh couldn't even carry him. Guess who televised "the decision" during the NBA FINALS....Disney. this dude lost his chance to face Kobe twice and, Disney gotta try to get him some mojo back to diminish Kobe's legacy and impact on the game...
When we talk about being a "Robin" he left out the part wear Kobe said he didn't want to be Robin & he wanted to prove he was Batman and made the Lakers decide between him & Shaq, then went out to prove he was Superman & win back to back titles. Lebron on the other hand decided he couldn't be Batman & would rather create the Superfriends lol
This was a perfect comparison. 100% accurate. Tom Tolbert after the 3peat in 02 said, “These guys aren’t Batman and Robin. What these guys are is Superman and Batman.”
People overlook how much the charges against Kobe in 2003 hurt his overall reputation and relationship with the media. Just in time for the media to pivot for LeBron as their self-proclaimed king.
I totally agree I think that's really the biggest thing that happen. Kobe should have always been in goat discussion after 2010 and definitely after his last game but lebron is whole they want because they prolly make more money wit lebron then they did Kobe cuz Kobe wasn't as friendly
@@celestialdemon1316 Kobe was the better buzzer beater, because of the free throws, or if you needed a 3-pointer. But Shaq was really the closer in that three-peat. Shaq is one of the best clutch players in history. Kobe was the closer of game 3 in the 2001 finals, because Shaq was fouled out, and sitting on the bench.
Yep. I remember it clearly as a Laker fan since 85. Kobe carried Shaq who got swept EVERY year before Kobe arrived . Also Shaq didn't have the fire to push a team for a three peat from preseason to Finals. Only Kobe and MJ have that drive.. Kobe would have had two three peats were it not for an Ariza injury against Boston.

When Kobe was drafted, Del Harris was the coach. And Harris is known for not using rookies. The 97 lakers was stacked, unlike the 03 cavs. This is why lebrons stats was greater than Kobe’s. Kobe had to fight for minutes, lebron was given the key of the city the moment he entered the nba.
The day Lebron is retired and out of the league will be a breath of fresh air and relief because the media will finally be forced to talk about something else other than his jockstrap
They always fail to mention that Kobe was drafted to a system where the team still had to ask his mom for permission on certain things because he was 17.
@@JonJonesBoyfriendMMA It means that you can't compare their rookie seasons because Kobe didn't have the freedom lebron had. You can't compare Kobe's rookie season to any of the greats. Now let's compare Jordan and Lebron's rookie seasons.
@@JonJonesBoyfriendMMA Kobe's first years they had a coach that hated players that were drafted out of high school so he wasn't the first option like lebron was. It wasn't until Phil Jackson came when he was given the opportunity to be himself.
So because he had more pressure, it made him better 😂😂 that man sounds like a real fan who is about to have Lebron children. Grown men fighting for their man 😂😂😂

I love how Kobe is FINALLY getting the respect that he deserves after so much disrespect, the best part about it is it's happening at the same time this clown is being exposed 😊
Despite people arguing LBJ is a better teammate, just look at the amount of trade all his team does and how the young players turn out; many had to leave to shine. MJ was viewed as a super tough teammate but at least those who stayed are all pushed to be all they can be & some even recognized that vocally. LBJ in this aspect surprising is not a great team influence most of the time. He wants the recognition but not the responsiblity or negativity (high ego & soft mentally).
And then guys like AD and Kyrie don't get the credit they deserve. Kyrie for his performance against the GS comeback or AD carrying the Lakers for the bubble ring. But who gets all the credit? Lebron
Weird how Kobe was only guy on team in 09 to average over 20 on team but ppl say that team was a superteam but 2011 Heat had 2 guys averaging over 20 but ppl will say theyre not a superteam
Niccaz just be straight lying to hype up Bron. Because after the Colorado case people threw Kobe to the wolves and wasn’t expecting him to do what he did from 08-10. Literally you can hear the disgruntlement within the announcers whenever he scored outside of the staples center
Hes had the greatest career in terms of teammates, rules sets, and league composition (small ball that fits his style) and he's done so little with it. Any other all time top ten player would have won more than he had. 2 of his chips are shortened seasons as well. It's pathetic he's being touted the way he is. Longevity because he stands around on defense at age 30. He gave up winning for stats. Kobe in 2012-13 showed why he is the better player than lebron. Sacrificed himself to get the team to the playoffs. Lebron faked a foot injury last season to avoid ridicule and his team without him brought them back into playoff contention. I can't put lebron in the top ten anymore. The longer his career goes the worse it gets for him.
Only reason why he will not be fotgoten is because he is all time points leader. And he knew that. He knew that if he don't become all time points leader he will be forgoten. That is the reason he did all he can do to become all time points leader.
Who's LeBron. Oh I remember he's the only NBA player to ever beg for respect😂😂😂😂😂 media.tenor.com/nLVYrS5ZX9MAAAAM/i-want-my-damn-respect-lakers-championship.gif

Lebron no defense or skill. The only play that runs away from guarding the best player on the floor. The only player than runs away from challenge . The flop King. @baconeggcheesepodcast9390
It’s crazy how people constantly say “Shaq carried Kobe”… man they didn’t start winning until after a year Kobe started getting minutes… And please explain how Kobe won 2 more as the main guy after they split, meanwhile Shaq only won one not even as the first option..
Kobe also was close to 3peating twice without a superstar player they never mentioned that though he's 2-1 without another superstar player overall record is 5-2 in the finals which is still a good record if you ask me, and I'm surprised that Gillie the kid in this video would say this about Kobe, especially him being from Philly, dis nigga tweakin smh
There is zero pressure to win right away in a small market like Cleveland!! Also, yes Lebron had some pressure but that pressure was alleviated by Lebron playing close to home where he was loved and known and felt most comfortable around his people!! If lebron was drafted to the knicks or to the lakers, then he would have been in a big market in a strange city with immediate pressure to win!! So that pressure argument is bullshet!!
Also - and as a Lakers fan this GALLS me - Lebron has had tons more talent and resources available to him in LA, from JUMP, than Kobe EVER had around him from Fall 2004 - Summer 2013, yet done FAR less with it…(and don’t you dare bring up his age)…

Shaq’s FMVP was saved by bean after he fouled out. 2-3-2 was the series. If Pacers won game 4 that’s a very different series. They easily beat the Lakers in game 5. That’s what I’m saying…. Shaq has never won without a high calibre guard by his side. He has literally never made the finals 3 times in a row until he joined Kobe but yeah he carried Kobe huh… meanwhile Kobe got 2 more rings as the main guy and Shaq only got 1 more only cuz of Dwade
@@zureaiShaq understood this which is why he teamed up with Dwade, a budding star, with a Kobe’esque like game. This dude saying Kobe averaged 6-7 points in his first season is full of it. He didn't get hardly any playing time. Not really fair to bring that up without also mentioning that. Edited to add this - Lebron played 39.5 minutes per game his first season compared to Kobes 15.5.
Del Harris had a bias about Kobe because of the beef he had with Jelly Bean Bryant, It’s but also yes you didn’t start nor did they really take you seriously in that era until the 2000s. Your spot on though
That four year run Kobe had from '06 - '09 was incredible. That was my entire high school career. My whole school was rooting for Kobe. No player had a more difficult and incredible run like that in NBA history. Every team was 50+ wins, and he had to play the in the playoffs with no teammates averaging more than 20pts. Kobe Managed to win twice against the Super team Celtics. 😮
I'm happy u responded to this, fans from L.A., from that era, can tell u Kobe broke his wrist playing on Venice Beach his rookie season, Chick Hearns kept warning us of his greatness, "Don't worry, this kid is really good", and every time he played he would wow the crowd reminiscent of Jordan, so even tho he didn't play much he was still consistent and motivated despite Del Harris
Lost in first round and he also had Bynum who was better than decent in an NBA that lacked big Centers. And Odom wasn't garbage. The Lakers should've reached the playoffs with that lineup....
Lebron is mad jealous of Kobe, that's why. He needs to pay media to downplay his legacy to prop himself passed him so they can get the vs Jordan conversation back into the spotlight.
just watch the Redeem team to see who is Batman and who is Robin. The scene when Kobe comes out of the elevator to train while LBJ and buddy buddy go up to bed after partying shows enough as within a day they all follow Kobe. Another one is that all star game where LBJ refuses the one on one against Kobe. LBJ has good skills but never been a real classic dominant player who others fear. He fears them. top 10 without doubt, the goat, not in this universe.
By Kobe’s 3rd year, Del Harris had no choice but to put Kobe in the starting lineup, albeit at Small Forward, because Kobe’s production could not be denied. Kobe was so good that Jerry West traded Van Exel and Eddie Jones to Charlotte.

Plus if you take Shaq out of the equation, what is Kobe left with? That’s right absolutely nothing. A bunch of role players just like he had when it was him and Pau.
Kobe’s stats should always be adjusted for era. He played in a much slower pace with less scoring than Lebron for the most part. His stats are, per era, more impressive than Lebrons
LeBRONZ needed KOBE to be the leader on the NBA olympics team... KOBE has won NOTHING but GOLD... Getting Bronze isn't even Robin, thats freaking BAT GIRL 😂
As a diehard, Kobe fan, I can’t make the argument. He’s the goat, he’s not better than Michael Jordan, but you’ll never convince me. LeBron was better than Kobe. I give LeBron credit in the longevity department because he deserves that. But I watch Kobe in the Western Conference the same time LeBron was in the Eastern conference and all those 50+ win teams. Kobe went through in two 2009 in 2010, it’s actually more 50+ win teams than Magic Johnson faced his entire career, and the only help he had was one other All-Star in Gasol back to back championships. Meanwhile, LeBron, in an eastern conference by comparison is about a quarter, as competitive as the west and LeBron can’t get past the White Howard, and he’s on a super team. I’m so sick of the Kobe disrespect because it’s just gotten out of hand. I’ll never be mad at anyone for not having him as the goat because even though he’s my favorite player even I can’t put him there but I remember the 2000s very well I was watching the NBA then more than any other time I was watching ESPN, or listening to ESPN radio every day throughout that decade , and I remember the way people talked about Kobe. Calling coward, Stephen, a Smith, Skip Bayless, all of these guys were calling Kobe the best player in the league. Even Shaquille O’Neal and LeBron James said back, then Kobe was the best player in the league. Like if you don’t have him ranked in your top three OK whatever but now the argument is Kobe was just some guy who was “nice” you may have heard of before? This bullshit has to stop and I’m glad to see former players and certain other people in NBA media that don’t have a platform near the size of anyone associated with clutch sports finally saying they’ve had enough because the man isn’t even here to defend himself anymore. This is some coward little girl shit coming from clutch sports/ESPN.
Although I agree that Kobe gets disrespected in this current TV narrative, him and Lebron are a much better arguement for who was the better player than Lebron and MJ. Trying to make a case for Lebron over MJ is just ridiculous.
TRUTH. The argument I give with Kobe and Lebron is what I perceive to be their “flaw” : Kobe : always went all out, laser focus, high output ceiling, never really paced himself; played EVERY minute like it was the last 3 minutes of Game 7 of the NBA Finals. Lebron : always paces himself, very broad focus, high output floor, plays every minute like it’s the first 3 minutes of a regular season game. It’s a generalization, but give them both equal, very good - not great - teammates, and Lebron will probably give you constant results, but I think that Kobe’s peaks would be higher…
All the straight out of highschool guys had lots of pressure. The difference is one went to a big market team with more pressure in L.A. the other went to Cleveland.
Context, nuance and looking below the surface are key in these discussions .....unfortunately the court of public opinion and the media dont look at things that way

We’re just going to pretend that never happened and just say LeBron has been the goat since 2003?
A big problem is that so many people are just tired of LeBron James. The broadcast media has shoved him in everyone’s face relentlessly.
They have to. The NBA and Nike don’t want to lose on their investment. lol They should have never touted this guy as the “chosen one” from the jump. This was a perfect comparison. 100% accurate.

Lebron is mad jealous of Kobe, that's why. He needs to pay media to downplay his legacy to prop himself passed him so they can get the vs Jordan conversation back into the spotlight.
You give everyone the real truth every time! Thank you for the effort you put into these videos. They're classic!
Bonus points for getting Alfred’s middle initial in there!
In the past, there were a lot of people who graduated from high school and became NBA players.
just watch the Redeem team to see who is Batman and who is Robin.
I agree Kobe took over that game va spain Lebron only score 4pts in the 4thq even coach K said Kobe save team usa
By Kobe’s 3rd year, Del Harris had no choice but to put Kobe in the starting lineup, albeit at Small Forward, because Kobe’s production could not be denied. Kobe was so good that Jerry West traded Van Exel and Eddie Jones to Charlotte.
Kobe > every day
These dudes don’t know what they’re talking about
That guy need to stop drinking his own kool aid
Yeah and don't dare compare him to Michael.
What does “Kobe > every day” mean? Does that mean he’s better than “every day”? Does that even make sense?
That sounds like some sort of glazing 🤣🤣🫵🏾🫵🏾🤦🏾♂️
@@massdagod You’re overthinking on a simple statement.
That was just my way of saying that Kobe is way better.
Until you can prove me wrong, then it’s not glazing.
So either prove me wrong our let our opinions be.
@BoxingisgoatedBoxingisgo-sy7jy Give me a good argument as to why lebron is better.
I can't stop laughing 😂 the guy sounds like the dude wearing lebron's heat jersey in that south park anger management episode 😂 just look up wayne d
Another on point break down, kid🤘
People also forget, when Shaq was in foul trouble who was out there, carrying the load, while Shaq was on the bench.
Plus if you take Shaq out of the equation, what is Kobe left with? That’s right absolutely nothing. A bunch of role players just like he had when it was him and Pau.
The Eddie Jones disrespect was crazy.
Yeah it was
When shaq shot yhat freethrow with the loud ass brick sound got me lol 😂😂😂
Kobe’s stats should always be adjusted for era. He played in a much slower pace with less scoring than Lebron for the most
part. His stats are, per era, more impressive than Lebrons
Lebron played in the same Era as Kobe. Lebron was in his 3rd year when Kobe averaged 36 points a game.
Kobe’s shoulder lean spin is one of the most beautiful skills I’ve ever seen
Although I agree that Kobe gets disrespected in this current TV narrative, him and Lebron are a much better arguement for who was the better player than Lebron and MJ. Trying to make a case for Lebron over MJ is just ridiculous.
TRUTH.
The argument I give with Kobe and Lebron is what I perceive to be their “flaw” :
Kobe : always went all out, laser focus, high output ceiling, never really paced himself; played EVERY minute like it was the last 3 minutes of Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
Del Harris fucked up Kobes first year
How
Context, nuance and looking below the surface are key in these discussions .....unfortunately the court of public opinion and the media dont look at things that way
LBJ not retiring is hurting his legacy at this point
He is old and it is showing since the IST ended
Stop disrespecting Kobe he is no longer here to defend himself let his legacy rest in piece
Lebron is the biggest reason why NBA ratings are at an all time low. His presence has made the NBA worse.
Leave hate and live long, his ratings are better than Kobe’s
@@wisdomenake242capping for an opportunity to glaze lebron.
@@gannibalof21st Just remove hate from heart, I hate Lebron’s boasting and I know Jordan is the GOAT. However y’all bring points and stats to prove Jordan is better (which I agree with), but refuse to use those stats when it comes to Kobe. Dude bron is better, Uncut is just a hate channel for years.
@@wisdomenake242 this is you, hi guys I have no argument so I'll call y'all haters in a nice way but be a pretentious azzhole about it. Since I lack self awareness, I'm still a winner like lebron. . . That's you and other bronsexuals. And you thought I give two Fs about your feelings. 🤣 🤣 🤣.
Let’s get this straight:
Kobe was Batman.
Shaq was SUPERMAN.
Please get this straight.
freethrows was krytonite
They don't want to talk about Kobe's contributions against the Spurs.
Kobe 4-1 vs the spurs Lebron 1-2
Gillie go repent for sacrificing your son goofy
Facts Dude Worried About The Wrong Things
@@americanfresh17 facts ever since got dat deal after his son died he just been talking crazy weird ass dude don’t know basketball Jordan da mf goat
I'm not even the type of person to pocket watch or mind other people's business, but he's riding around in Rolls Royce Wraiths like he's an athlete, movie star, or dope rapper (Gillie's far from it), and being extra after his son died. You have to sacrifice someone close to you to make it to the top and we're already up on game. This ain't a mystery lol.
Good video, I like your editing!😎
Great Program Uncut Hoops!.... Pressure-Smesher...LBJ came onto a bad team, in a down conference; Kobe played on a team that had proven all-star caliber guards like Eddie Johnson and Nick "at-Night" Van Excel along w-all the vets, he had to earn his minutes, had to learn/earn his way onto the court; to improve his skills on a championship contender, in a much more Defensive era, in a better Conference for all of 2000-2021 for the most part... in all his Championship runs w-Shaq your could give O'Neal the edge as better;
However Goku and Vegeeta better than Basketball analogy,. Wins in 2002 and 2003 more Captain America v Iron Man--> who leads the Avengers..2008-2010 though he would go only 2 for 3 he did his best impression of MJ-scoring above 30 w-not one teammate scoring more than 19pts per game.... LBJ should be compared size, dribbling agility, other skills to Karl Malone/Grant Hill/Scottie Pippen...
LeBron will literally sacrifice losing a Finals match to pad his stats a bit more.
Lmaooo that Batman clip 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for exposing the stupidity of others.
We’re all humans and with that said. We get irritated with things over time and it’s hard to not find people very exhausted of Lebron James. It’s been beaten to death and it’s just time to lay it to rest
he's been too good for too long smh
You shouldn't have ended the video right there. You could have pointed out how the 09 and 10 Cav's were supposed to be the teams to dethrone Kobe as the torch was passed, but LeBron's Cav's didn't keep up their end of the bargain despite playing in a much less competitive conference.
Damn gillie got cooked
Ayooooooo🤣
As always, some of the best pro basketball commentary based on factual evidence!
Some LeBron fans actually believe that if LeBron and Kobe switched places, LeBron would have stolen FMVPs from Shaq in that 2000-2003 threepeat. Pointless to debate because it's all hypotheticals, but not an opinion I would take.
Shaq would got that those 3 final mvps regardless what other say…. The fact individuals like that dont understand how triangle offense operates its the fact itself why shaq has all those final mvps in the first place. Totally ridiculous
If LeBron switched places with Kobe L.A don't 3peat
His game doesn't fit Shaq's
@@jose.g2753 I agree with that also, but my point being in even lebron going there winning chip with shaq would not change that shaq wouldnt get that finals mvp. The fact kobe almost three peat it shows how great he was…
@@BlackBBQChicken1998 Prime Shaq is in my book the 2nd best player of all time behind Jordan
You're right that nobodies winning finals mvp over Shaq
Running the offense through Shaq was the best way to win especially during that time Kobes role was to make up for o'neals weaknesses and he did that perfectly
Discrediting Kobe for playing his role and winning it's extremely dishonest
One thing we know for sure, switch MJ & Lebron in 2016 and Cleveland would still not have an NBA championship.
It was more like a Super-Man and Batman type of relationship; not Batman and Robin.
I just don't like that that gilly dude anyway
Kobe with shitty teammates finished in the lottery. LeBron with Shitty teammates went to the Finals.... Kobe Bryant is so overrated by the current generation, it's ridiculous.
This notion that Lebron was the best player in the late 2000’s , Lebron did not become the best player until 2012 not a year before I say it goes from 2000-05 it was Shaq and from 05-07 it was Tim Duncan and id say from 07-011 it was Kobe in terms of who was the uncontested best player in the league
Lebron was the best player in the league from 2012 - 2014 THAT'S IT.
2015 it was Curry. 2016 it was Curry. 2017 it was KD. 2018 it was KD. 2019 it was Kawhi. 2020 it was AD.
Lebron has had MAYBE a 3 year stretch MAYBE where he was "the best."
But really you could argue that if KD had Wade and Bosh instead of Westbrick and Harden, KDs the won winning in 2012 instead of LeSteroids.
KD has STATISTICALLY outplayed Lebron since 2012 but NOBODY talks about it lol.
Yet he won back to back MVPs in Kobe’s face
LeBron was Robin to Kobe’s Batman with the Redeem Team… Case closed
If shaq was "batman" and kobe was "robin" then why is it during those championship runs, kobe was the teams closer? Bc it damn sure wasnt shaq.... shaq needed kobe jus as much as kobe needed shaq...
Unlike Jordan vs LeBron , we got to see Kobe vs LeBron on the court. Kobe was the better player, he was the alpha. Prime vs prime
Gillie conveniently disregards LeBron being Robin to Wade’s Batman in 2011.
Why bring up LeBron's lowest point? And they didn't even win in 2011 under those circumstances. I don't think you understand the concept of making an argument.
@@NatTurnerswitBurnerz You don't understand the concept of making an argument. Gillie argued LeBron was never Robin. That's false. So bringing up 2011 MIA is exactly on point. It being the lowest point or not doesn't really matter.
The DUMBEST STATEMENT. It took players like Kobe, KG, TMac, Heck Amari, Eddy Curry, Tyson Chandler and yes KWAME BROWN all going through their bumps and coaches not playing them or them getting drafted too high and too much playing time for Bron to be in the position he was in to come in and heavily impact the game for his team day 1. In 1996, if he played for the lakers, HE DEFINITELY WOULD BE COMING OFF THE BENCH because the coach made a point for Kobe to come off the bench to learn.
Bruth you just killed Gilli tha Kid on this , great work.
Lol, they dont know that's Gillie??? Hilarious!!!
shaq was superman. kobe was always batman. lebron was sakura haruno for the entire 2011 finals.
Sakura Haruno was more useful than Lebron in that finals was, He was fucking Rin.
Forget on the court. Off the court, Kobe encouraged people to be the best they could be regardless of obstacles(mamba mentality). LeBron tells people that they can't succeed because they're oppressed (victim mentality).
So if Shaq was kobes Robin.. Dwayne Wade was LeBrons Robin then. 🤷♂️
Ayooooooo🤣😂
Outstanding video you cant listen to media that is literally working for lebron
